- In this video, I unbox cheap, budget succulent grow lights that I purchased from Amazon, so I can test them on my succulents indoors, to see if they are worth buying. I show exactly what they look like right out of the box, and test out the controls, grow light dimming options, how many lights can be turned on at a time, as well my simple shelf set up for the succulents I placed under these cheap Amazon grow lights. I share why its a great value and reasons why I think so, mainly because of the multiple lights all in one unit. This really makes these grow lights budget friendly and I do highly recommend them, especially for beginners that trying to test which grow lights work well for a good price.

I like that it's not too big ,it's not too small and you can put it where you wanted ,you can move it around..Your succulents are so healthy,chubby☺
Thank you Marie. Yes, the grow lights when not in use I actually double as a desk lamp when needed too and just clamp on the side table. The dimming option helps. 😊

I've heard that acclinating them to freezing temps will make them stronger. And as for Korean imports, when you do get them and if you decide to grow them indoors Ms. Jonah, please consider buying the higher end grow lights like spider farmer instead. The regular budget grow lights like I have in the video will not be strong enough to keep them compact.

Yes, "cheap" "budget" always good! 🤣 It's a great option definitely for the price. I've had friends try the other cheap ones, and so far, this ones yields the best results for the price point!
on the metal shelve you can use a little woodblock to screw tight without a problem

Have you tried to place small blocks of styrofoam on the edge of the metal shelf for the clamp bit? - just to add thickness to it for a better grip, maybe? Not sure if that would work tho 😅
Hi Christine, can I grow succulents exclusively indoors? If so, what type of equipment(s) would you recommend to make this possible?
Best grow lights I've used are honestly from Spider Farmer. Although cheaper grow lights work, they don't provide as much needed light as spider farmer does. Well worth the money in my experience.
