    65 years old. Became feeble. Became the crotchety old man i never thought i would be!
    This bike and ccompany (especially customer service) have exceeded my expectations and wildest dreams.
    Best thing i bought for myself in 30 years!

      Same here. My ONLY upset and honestly is driving me mad are no turn signals. I'm sorry but I need hands on both handle bars so hand signals aren't wise for non-sturdy people. TURN SIGNALS are a must. I've submitted feedback with the company that this should be required and could be built into the already brake signals. We'll see in the future. For now, I'm still searching for a decent option but I love my Trike.💗

    I have this trike and love it. I added mirrors and I also put a bike flag off the rear basket. I just went over 300 miles and mostly use setting 3, I can pedal and I can throttle when I choose. I'm a 66 year old female standing a mere 4 foot 10 inches and this trike is perfect for me. My husband has the xp lite and we love riding together. It keeps us more active than if we didn't have these bikes. He also agrees with you about the motor in the back. Thanks for your review.

      That's awesome! I love hearing stories about how people are using Ebikes to go do things they normally wouldn't have a chance to do otherwise. Thank you for sharing!

    I agree with you on the Trike needing turn signals that is what is keeping me from going ahead and buying plus a horn of some type and NOT A BELL!!! Plus in my opinion the tail lights need to be a little higher up like towards the middle of the fender where it would be a little more visible and maybe some type of side lighting so it (Trike) can be seen a lot more readily from the side in case your making some kind of turn like to the left or right the extra side lighting would make you more visible instead of just relying on the reflectors, living in Texas the day rides we limit because of the heat and humidity where at night it is a lot cooler

      You can always buy third party accessories online. Which is my plan when I get my bike.

    I just noticed that guard on the bottom of the trike. Looks like it will do a nice job of protecting important components of the bike.

    The main negative thing is a the 500 watt motor. So sad to come sooo close to perfection in design, lighter weight, smaller size and price - BUT totally dropped the ball due to the anemic power. For me, I will wait until they come out with an upgrade that will have the 750 motor. In fact, I'm sure they have the 750 upgrade already planned but haven't released it yet. As of now, my choices are the Mooncool and Rad Trikes - both with a 750 motor.

      I understand your points there! Also, to add to your list of trikes to check out, Retrospec just came out with a trike as well that is pretty interesting. 500W motor though.

    My family got a Lectric trike for our mom and she loves it. We all take turns riding around on it. It’s amazing and so comfortable. Wish it could go a little faster but it’s such a fun bike ride

    you need to push the left pedal downward before tucking the front wheel inside the left wheel cavity. The way this demo is shown does not demonstrate the most compact folded profile.

    I just wish that the XP trike could do 20 mph. 14 mph is too slow to be on the roads. Also, does anyone know if lectric has fixed the issue with the wheel bearings? It's been a year since the release, and I just ordered one, then heard about the wheel bearing issues.

      That's a good question! Following incase some XP Trike owners want to comment.

    I would like to buy a flashing taillight for my vitalin ebike. I want one that I can replace the old one with and run it on my bike battery., not on separate batteries. Anyone know of a company?

    How do you think it will handle hills and winding roads?

    • @MicromobilityIndustries
      @MicromobilityIndustries  4 місяці тому +1

      Should do well on up-hills, though you'll probably have to pedal to help out if they're really steep. Going downhill you'll just want to be careful not to get going to fast, trikes are a bit unstable at higher speeds particularly when turning.
      The top speed is capped low enough that it will do fine on winding roads, as long as you don't pick up extra speed on the downhills :)

    Looks like it works great on level, paved ground, how does it work for a 77 year old man, 280 pounds, and lives in a hilly part of the country, with country roads? Thank you.

    • @MicromobilityIndustries
      @MicromobilityIndustries  Місяць тому +1

      Hey there! I think size wise, it would be a good fit. The boys over at EBR did some hill tests with it, and it seemed to handle the hills pretty well, all things considered. The country roads part could go either way. They have a bit of a tread on the tires, but they're not super wide, so lots of uneven roads, or heavy gravel might be an issue. If it's regular old roads you're riding on, should be fine.

      $1499 includes shipping. They seem to rotate free kits. I ordered mine with the cargo kit, mirrors, phone holder, bike lock.
      It is scheduled to be here tomorrow (Friday) around noon. I ordered it Monday evening 3 days ago.
