"Luktelk" means "hold on" as in "hold on a minute". Like, he sings "luktelk dar vieną minutę" meaning "hold on for another minute". But it sounds like in this song he knows he's already testing the boundaries asking for more time, promising "rytoj rytoj rytoj" which is "tomorrow tomorrow"
