My God you guys are doing such great work! Awesome channel and Fabulous content. Informative and helpful. Thank you! Keep up the good work! Kudos to you!
Why am I over here about to cry for the mouse that was in distress. My heart aches for animal testing but I want this information. The struggle is real! 😭
I have no feelings for mouses I could care less
i love your videos, awesome stuff- very interesting
I recently began taking megadose probiotics (500 billion per day) and I can confirm that you get an obvious relaxed, happy feeling come through. I'm also way more positive and smile easily.
+Roberto Lora thanks
Recently have been drinking kombucha and I'm feeling the aforementioned feelings :D
What product did you use? It may be useful for the rest of us...
I'm taking Plexus/Triplex. My wife convinced me and it changed my life!!!
Thank you so much and good for your sir! Keep it up!
Amazing video !!
I can totally vouch for this. Your gut and brain are merely separated by distance and positioning in the human body. They are highly connected. This can be viewed in a positive as well as negative manner. It's upto you !!
Thank you! It was really informative!!!
This is why I pay UA-cam - great talent!
I watch for free ✔️
The neurotransmitter is called GABA (Gamma-Amino Butyric Acid) - not GABBA :-)
gee thats so helpful
+skrammedyret thanks - schoolboy error
Thanks for correcting
Great videos... Great work...
Hey this was an awesome video... is there a part 2?
Excellent video
Speaking as a medical student in the UK, diet is a key question patients get asked as part of a psychiatric history. And that's been true for at least a few years now. We've also had multiple lectures on the gut-brain-axis.
😂 I can confirm that no doctor in the UK even GI doctors have ever asked me about my diet
@@kittydonovan1452they definitely should
The antibiotics I was put on inside a hospital wiped out everything in my gut (good and bad). Three days after leaving the hospital I was going back in. I basically had to learn medicine to stop doctors from f#@king my system up.
Very interesting I'll do a study one day showing the differences between mice and humans turns out we're much different.
Totally agreeable..!! I hv faced issues related to depression n OCD because of low serotonin in my guts..
R u okay now?
Is there any way to connect to you
Yep low serotonin will definitely do that to you hope u have gotten it under control by now 🙏🏼♥️
Awesome
Fab video
Water chestnuts and kefir milk have made a difference to my microbiome productions, diagnosis bi polar, mission accepted. I do have a question,is it best to consume the prebiotics before the probiotics,or the reverse?
What is the title of that 2004 paper, I'm interested to read it.
It would be great if a video on Vegetarianism vs veganism vs Balanced diet (including animal products and meat) can be made. It really hard to decide these days what's actually good for us, because of different researchers giving results.
I know there are all kinds of theories! I can't say I know the answer to that....yet....
"Balanced" diet has to do with nutrient content, not plants or animals. Fibre, the main substance in the cultuvation of good intestinal bacteria, is ONLY found in plants. Therefore any diet concerned with gut health would have a high plant content. However certain animal products have been proven to have a detrimental effect on intestinal health
Please read Gut and Psychology Syndrome by Natasha Campbell-McBride, M.D. for the best explanation of how a diet high in pastured animal products and fermented foods is healthiest b/c it heals our gut microbiome. This doctor is having great success helping people heal all sorts of mental illness, including Autism and Schizophrenia.
Arunava Sadhukhan u r fooling urself
@@fitawrarifitness6842 No. We need ANIMAL PROTEINS too. It's actually very hard for us to digest plants or fiber. Fiber is what causes us to poop which is waste. So yes, it's good because it cleans out our system but in itself fiber has no actual nutritional value unlike animal proteins which we need.
Physicians Choice 60 billion probiotic is excellent!
Wheres the Part2 ??
where is part 2?
But think about this, is it NATURAL for animals to NOT SCARE and NOT enter in "flight or fight" state?! Why situation with second mice is approved (not scared by cat which will eat him)?!
+Uros Aleksic I think they both had fear response, but the second mouse had an exaggerated response.
the mouse without the gut healthy bacteria had a worse response
Wakefield showed the link in the early 90s
so for last few years my depression was because of what i ate ??
+Saish Sawant it's possible
Yes it is. Your mental health very much depend on your diet and of course your health. Get your health up shape and you will immediately feel better.
Gut, thyroid and vitamin deficiency.
O yes definitely ever since Ive been on the product I am on and my gut is 10000 billion times better I am no longer depressed sad anxious my anxiety is even gone … wish I would of known about this sooner
Magnesium to clean your gut daily...
B6 and Magnesium helps to convert the glutamate (excitatory) into gaba (anti-stress/anxiety).
💐😇🙏🕉
I wonder what Kin Jon Un eats ...
Pink dolphin burgers because he invented them
Pink dolphin poop. "You are what you eat" and he definitely eats lots of it
