Yes, I agree. Your coffee table looks much better with the darker tone. It looks richer and yet not too dark. You did a great job on your new office couch. Well that was a lot of mess to clean up with the feathers and all. Who knew? Good on you! Your husband is such a great team player, I love it! Congratulations on your new endeavors with your "Rescue Homes" projects in the very near future. Why waste all of that talent that you have. Once you get your own home the way you want it; then what? I love the new sofa, it’s amazing how one piece can make such a difference and brighten the room somewhat. We do have Fb Marketplace and I often use both to buy and sell, you can get some amazing deals and I do think you did the right thing with the coffee table, I love it 😍

You are one of my favorite You tube channels. I say this with kindness and not judgement. Please be careful getting used furniture. Bedbugs are a serious problem and from what I have read they are near impossible to get rid of. Not sure if you have ever thought about it or not and I am not trying to interfere at all...Just offering a little non-critical advice :) I personally know someone who had them and it cost over $4, 000 and a lot of labor to get rid of them all over a $50 couch. I'm happy for your new adventures. You are so great at this!!
Most thirft stores,and Goodwill,check out used items. Once they enter their door. Plus they offen wait,a while. Before putting something,on display.
Nothing wrong with used furniture, I buy it all the time. Save money that way,when a person like myself, can not efford brand new furniture

I always used to put the cushion covers back on straight away, they were easier to put on, and dried on the cushions okay.

Yes. We have FB marketplace in Australia and I use it quite a lot. 😊 PS: Orange oil is great for removing anything sticky.

Yes! We plan to, just finding time, budget, and deciding if we will get help with it or do it ourselves - it’s slipped further and further down the list since moving in, but still in the plans! 😍

I love the new office couch. I would try to find some type of cover you can place over the cushions before you put your covers back on after washing. It might help control all the feathers and keep the mess to a minimum. Thanks for sharing.

For those outside Phx AZ, you could try virtual make overs or make suggestions with virtual designs... Lone Fox (UA-cam) does something like that... I would be interested in something like that, you could then create a 'library' of virtual rooms for subscribers to access for inspiration...

Amanda you never fail to surprise us. That couch in your office is amazing. What a great deal you got. The lamp is gorgeous. Like you said "hiccups" happen at unexpected times. You and Kyle just go with the flow. I love the coffee table especially since it plays off the new white chairs. If you feel the need to add a bit more color try to get close to the wood on the white chairs. You are looking great and i can tell you are feeling better also.
