In other words, think about the times when you show love and compassion. These times are not times when you are being extraordinary. These are times when you are being your true self.
In the deepest part of my being when fear arose, I realizedthat all of the scary things were projections of my own mind. This is when the path was shown as I moved one footsteps so slowly at a time through the bed of rocks thar appeared like a flowing river. Walking towards a tree that was not physically far, I experienced the phases of an entire lifetime in each step. Upon corssing the path and reaching the tree (which served as a landmark on the other side of the path) I looked back and saw the cycles that I endured... from a luminous perspective. 🙏🙏🙏thank you dear Rinpoche and team! so I am thinking that’s why we need to be mindful about and cherish our kind thoughts because they are the light that comes out of covered sun.
I learned about this in the Drukama tradition, instead of teaching Bardo Yoga to those who are about to die the approach has changed to an expedited way of evolving the consciousness to circumvent needing to worry about death in the first place it's amazing, Drukama is creating realization. Hello, About that enlightenment, is it useful to learn more about that « third eye » thing one can hear of, here and there, on the internet and the « stimulation » of the pineal gland, through certaine practices of meditation? Thanks. Take care.
Love these videos but they can also be confusing. How do we recognize the light when it breaks through the crack of the clouds? I am afraid that I might do it wrong and mistakes something for this light when it is not that which YMR is referring to.
As long as your intention, often called motivation, is to benefit yourself and all other beings, you cannot go wrong. Don’t worry and just keep meditating, contemplating, and taking teachings.
You cant mistake it. This light is immediately recognizable. It is a wow moment. There are many stories of these cracks in Buddhist literature, which is called sudden enlightenment, the other is gradual enlightenment. There was a historic debate on these two approaches in Tibetan Buddhist history in the 8th century. Tibetan Buddhism bears two influences: Indian and Chinese. The leader of the Chinese monks at the debate was Hva-shang from the Chinse Ch’an School in China. This Chinese monk contended tgat the attainment of Buddhahood did not take place gradually but instantly and intituively. The leader of the other side was Kamalasila, an Indian monk argued that it was impossible to attain Buddhahood suddenly. Hvashang was forced to admit defeat and was expelled from Tibet, which determined that the Tibetans were committed to Mahayana in its Indian garb, and not the Chinese versions (from Buddhism by Kenneth.S. Chen, Barron’s compact studies of world religions)

One way of indefinite ways ... vibe on that ❤️ Attachment to believe in Only one way is attachment itself 🤯🥺
What order of priority should such attachments should be let go? Also does this also apply to physical attachments that have emotional value.

So we should have Guru to show us the right way.
Because say there is a dark cloud consuming the sky. Eventually there will be gaps here and there where you can see the bright sun rays shine through
01 there is no special way.

by shifting your attention from thoughts to true nature of mind. bathing the suffering in awareness. short moments many times.
