I’ve been posting online for almost 10 years now. It was never intended to become a job, just sharing my training and trying to help others. After a few years and 20k subscribers, I tried to make it happen. The dream was to be able to drive around Europe, training, coaching etc. The traveling didn’t happen, I decided to focus on building the community and it went beyond anything I thought possible. 7 years later and approaching 1 million subscribers, I got the opportunity to make the travel part happen (of course with Coach Molly). A new season, time to reflect, learn, focus and do the work. I look forward to sharing it with you.

Tom’s beginner stretch video is the only one that has gotten me into a stretch regimen. I like his calm demeanor and his dog is a plus! I hope he will continue doing follow alongs as some of us need that. Thanks again Tom, and I think you do a great job.

This is the kind of inspiration from very motivated Tom we all need :D Also what a positive message to spread that dreams come true even though it can take years and there are some bumps on the way. Just lovely. Will follow your journey of 12 weeks and join in on it with my own training :) Thank you Tom!

That thumbnail is epic man your back looks great. I’m still enjoying your app thanks for the most recent updates. Still trying to find the optimum frequency in regards to flexibility. Right now I’m doing Skills Strength 3, Handstands 7 and Flexi Five 1. I do mobility work daily since I’m only doing the 2 flexibility sessions per week. Almost to the point of burn out but I’m hoping with continued progress that feeling will subside.

Thank you for talking about your journey. It's been really helpful in my journey as well. I have a connective tissue disorder and I spent a decade touring which made all the dysfunctions worse and more imbalanced. When the pandemic started I didn't really have a plan for my training other than, be in pain less. About 2 years ago I started a pretty intense form of Karate that's based in functionality and mixing strength training has significantly improved injuries and recovery time. But I still get hurt and sick and when I don't take the time to recover, it really affects my training and mental health. I was stuck in a bad cycle last year and it wasn't until the Christmas break that I felt like I truly got out of it. My endurance has dipped but I feel stronger and rather than feel bad about the dip, I'm looking forward to the challenge. To see you in this mindset and setting this goal for yourself sure helps. Sorry for the long winded comment! Looking forward to seeing this journey!

I think it's easy to get unrealistic expectations consuming a lot of fitness content as a regular person(at least is the case for me 😅) and dont realize it's exceptionally difficult to maintain all kinds of highlevel feats without very specific dedicated training that will prevent one from really honing in on something else at the same time. (not to mention being lucky to avoid the injury bug which only seems to be an even greater risk the more advanced one comes). I was really surprised to see my numbers on par or even exceeding yours considering the stuff I've seen you do. gave a new perspective for sure.

I’ve been watching you for years and been up and down in some similar ways. Last summer I was so strong, never been fitter, climbing 2 - 3 times a week and strength training too. Looking good and feeling amazing. Then suddenly started having pains in my abdomen and became too scared to climb because it would aggravate it. In fact, I couldn’t tell what would trigger the pain so I became afraid to exercise more or less at all. Doctors have been super slow to diagnose and get appointments for tests. Lost all my flexibility and feel weak in a way I still can’t quite believe. While I still can’t climb I am about to start physio, and while I’m down to 6 reps of bodyweight pull ups, I can finally feel a tiny bit of progress and am willing to put in the work. It can only get better from here!!

Dude you're really a great athlete. Everything seems so natural and achieved by discipline. I mean of course there is genetic but you got the most perfect physique I have ever seen. (saw a lot fitness stuff) You look like an Michelangelo Skulptur.
I'm so far away to ever achieve what you do, (I'm an old lady😁) but I enjoy your content a lot. You're a nice calm person and I do flex and stretch with your follow along vids. Now I started with calisthenics basics and maybe one day... I will manage the handstand.😅 Currently I'm working on doing pushup progression and horizontal pull-ups and so on. It's the journey. I never was the gym type. Train with bodyweight feels so natural.
I wish you all the best, Tom. Stay as you are. A good guy. 😘
