Wow, I'm actually humbled, and really touched by your words!!! Most of the time I hesitate to put my videos out there, mostly from intimidation and feeling like I can't even compete. But I have to remember, "art is art" and that no matter what I will keep making it! Thank you for watching, and coming back!

I never want you to feel like you need to hurry and catch attention in the first three seconds of a video we watch you because you’re fascinating and we are lucky enough to be part of your creative world. Your videos are always filled with the most beautiful curated artisan journals. You truly have your own style, which we all adore! the fact that you take so much time to research what you make hopes create the most beautiful story.🥰🥰🥰

Thank you, Donna!!! That helps me, a lot, more than you know! Our artist and journal makers world is so full of talent. It really is intimidating most of the time! But the fact that you have been so loyal, and have stayed with me through ups and downs, makes me want to keep making art, my way!

Thank you!! Did you notice I couldn't remember your IG handle?!?! How embarrassing! I was actually thinking of what you said in my last video, about wanting to hear more of the details about the pages and ephemera. The 2nd video is uploading now, and it's chatty, too! But I did edit it to be shorter. I didn't want to torture you all!

I do love history...seeing and hearing it come back to life. Reading it in books (during school) is one thing, and can be a bit boring. But seeing it all come to life is another! Thank you for the blessings...I ALWAYS need them! And blessings to you!

Love it and the demo idea one. I would love to see those from now on also. I just tend to wing it, so seeing those is really helpful. Just found you, love field guides. Will be searching your channel for some tutorials. Would like to see one on the demo book

Thanks for the feedback & great idea. I'll try to make a couple more & film some tutorials. I'm getting ready to house sit, and working on a couple special requests so it may not be until after October. But I'll remember to try more demo/tutorials in the future. 🙏😁💞

I couldn’t wait to sit down and take this all in. Your flip throughs are always so fascinating Maria! I love your sketches, the typed pieces, and the specimen cards, especially that snowdrop one you pieced together. The colors of your dyes are so beautiful. And I am in love with that folded waxed map! 😍❤️💙💜

You should have seen my piles of papers I wanted to wax and glue after I watched your tutorial(s)! And the Turkish map fold is my new favorite! You can make so many cards, tuck spots, maps, and houses with that fold!

@@jupiterarts_crafts Virginia, I hope it's okay that I used and dyed almost all the white trims you shared with me! I couldn't help it...once I mixed the right colors I just wanted to keep making new trim colors! Hahaha, now I'm definitely going to use the rest of the trims you sent me! Thank you!!

Thank you, Jibid!!! I'm star struck by your work, and blown away daily (yes, I binge watch all your work, even today)!! Your art and talent in our book and journal art world is unmatched!! I'm so grateful that you watched, and don't mind all the interpretative inspiration I get and use from your art! It's funny because I remembered how your Mermaid and Sea journals were out of your comfort zone when I was making the seascape. I almost didn't add it to the journal, but then I thought "but it's a big part" of the history, and story! WWJD (what would Jibid do}? So I put it back in the journal! Thank you for the inspiration, encouragement, and for making my day!!
