- Here is a quick How To Fix a Broken Bath and Body Works Fine Fragrance Mist. I purchased this body spray during semi annual sale and it would not spray. In this video you will see how to open Bath & Body Works spray bottles. This can also work when you the spray pump is missing or broken.

Yes, you could even unscrew the older travel body sprays! It's inconvenient now if the spray stops working😑😮💨

@@EMILY.IS..GOOFY66 My store no longer has this scent and now, after the return policy update, they let you exchange sticker price for sticker price. Since this one is $16.50 I wouldn't be available for the mists that now range from $16.95-$18.95😑 Your store may be more lenient though!

My bottle was brand new and didnt work, I don't live close enough to a store to make the trip worth going back to replace it. I managed to get the 2nd bottle (I had an empty bbw perfume bottle still) lid/pump off without without totally damaging it. If you use just the slightest pressure and wiggle it off without mis-shaping the metal you can pop it off! Both parts. When i put the replacement pump back on it did curl the edge a little weird and make it sit slightly wrong, but once i put that outer sleeve on it didn't leak. Thank you!

I don't know why BBW makes removing this so hard. It's ridiculous.
It took quite some time but a removable cap would be better!
Probably because all the bottles get stuck like this and they’re hoping we just throw the bottle away and go buy a new one……. It’s ridiculous

Wow google is stalking me! This literally just happened to my favorite bottle of Midnight Amber Glow. Ugh! I think I may use a clear bottle…but the packaging is part of the fun lol Thank you for this video, I was thinking I may have to throw it away!
Google Ads were persuading me to buy more bodycare recently (not at those prices though!). The packaging is an added plus but hopefully you'll be able to use it! Midnight Amber Glow is such a good vanilla bourbon scent🥰 Such a shame they recently retired it😮💨

My pump was broken so I guess the repair was for the spray😆 I know some people exchange the pump part but I didn't have a spare.
Omg I'm having the same problem. The tube that goes in the perfume is curved into the lid 😒
Update: i did what you did but instead of the top coming off in 2 pieces it came off in 1 😅
I got perfume all over my leg but it was worth it 😊

If you don't have pliers, you can try a wrench or kitchen tongs. I've seen some people use scissors but they might lose the sharpness.
Can you just re-use another empty of the same scent or another if the bottle is cleaned thoroughly???
Yes, I only have 1 bottle of this scent and the pump was damaged, but you could use the old style travel size sprays with the twistable top!

Sometimes if you go in-store and let them know they can try to replace the top part for you. If it still doesn't work, you might need to decant the fragrance😔

That is correct! Sadly this scent is no longer available so I plan to use it as is but if I could exchange it for the same scent for sure. Hopefully it comes back eventually🥰

@@LLSZXYY316 sadly not at my store! My store is pretty strict with the policy but if you are able to keep doing it! I honestly sometimes have trouble returning candles or bodycare that is still being sold😖
Okay so you didn’t fix the bottle, you just transfer the product into a different bottle. That’s fixing the issue but not fixing the bottle. 🙄
The issue was that my bottle didn't spray the mist so the fix was to transfer the liquid into a new bottle. I've seen people try exchanging the nozzle tops which sometimes works but that wouldn't have fixed mine since the pump itself was defective.
it's not fixing it's CHANGING THE BOTTLE

Or… use the hot tip of a glue gun to melt a hole in the plastic on top and pour into new bottle! 🥳

I get my hubby or son to do the hard labor lol then I buy a prettier bottle from the Dollar 🌳 & the rest is history.
I like the sound of that because this bottle was a pain to open lol. I later got some plain bottles just in case this happens again😆

You could always use a "nicer" bottle or just throw away the mist. Wasteful to toss it but up to you🤷♀️
That's way too much work my mad about you wasn't working and I just took the very top of the tip and switched it with my old in the Stars one that I had just used and emptied and it works fine you don't have to take the whole thing off just the very top nozzle
Haha that's true especially if you just want to spray and go. I will try that next but it was the long tube un the bottle that was damaged for me😬
