Wow! That was one of the most beautiful videos I've ever seen. Your words are so penetrating and true. People say 'Death' is unexplainable, and nothing can prepare you for when it's dropped in your lap. School certainly doesn't prepare you for the spectrum of emotions, felt from a tragic 'Loss.' You took us on an insightful journey, through a subject, typically reserved for religious figures only. You did it all with a foundation of logic & rationale. Personally, my ritual is to simply postpone my emotions, and deal with the more immediate responsibilities first. I will save this video, to help me deal with any future Loss. I will also share it with anyone who is suffering from a Loss. You have a real gift for writing/speaking/communicating with the humans. I'm sure animals love you too! :)

Powerful message. You are a beautiful soul. I think loss and all that stuff is there to remind us to live. It’s like the old saying goes, you can’t have one without the other, Ying and yang, it would seem that the only possible way for there to be life is that there must also be death. These things challenge us and shake us to the core because we really don’t understand them much beyond that, and the permanence of it all seems so definitive that this gives us a perception that life is fleeting. But I think the main thing to take away from it is that such times of loss and change are like slaps in the face reminding us to live and make the most out of life because it just might be that there is only one life given to each of us, and it’s up to each to make the most of that gift ❤️ Messenger isn’t texting right now, until Friday 😂 because some tight ass reported me. I’m so sorry about your mom Joe. Loss is hard.. I always try and remind myself that the pain of grief is there because I got to experience something so special. It helps as well to remember that I’m not alone. Loss is an experience we all share and as sad as that fact is, it’s also beautiful. Thank you for your words of encouragement. I wrote it a little while back after a heart wrenching breakup. And then, with my grandmother’s passing a few days ago I felt inspired to finish it and put it out. Really though I was inspired by many pieces of my life, just as I spoke about - friends who have moved on, places I’ve left, communities I miss, the precious animals I’ve loved and lost etc.
