Enjoyed your poem and recital which captured the rollercoaster of 2020. For me it was a year to appreciate what you have, whilst observing and empathising with the unexpected misfortune of so many others. Then there is the hope of better times ahead. Many thanks for sharing your thoughtful reflections across the year.
I so appreciated your reflection Richard. Gratitude for what was previously taken for granted, this is a big one. Being more in touch with global events and sensitive to the plights of others, I can relate with as well. I also feel in a weird way as though, having gone through this absurdity, we’re all a little closer.
Haha! It’s a different kind of content for me, I know. We all have so many facets, it felt fun to share this one. I promise, you have your own version of flow/swag/confidence too! It’s somewhere, just takes looking from the right angle to locate it 💎
gosh DAMNnnnnnn Katherine - spittin' FiRe!! Record deal calls around the corner :D ...new gear setup for your guided audio-meditations with that soothing voice looks promising. ASMR superstar coming through. i'll toss you an email soon to discuss astrology/life/etc. rock on pal
@@katgreenvideo Haha! Whether you were still rv was the question I wanted to ask, but didn't want to trigger any trolls. Been re-watching/listening to FruityLou's (Louise Koch) interviews again, to inspire another stab at the lfrv. Heard yours a few days ago, and wondered if you were still on the path. Great to hear you are, and that (I assume) it's still really workin' out for ya! All the best :)
Oh good thinking, they be trolling out there for sure😉 That interview is such a throwback, neat to hear that’s what brought you here! It is definitely working for me, yes. Like I said though, I do tweak macros depending on what I’m feeling. Yesterday I had some raw protein powder that probably put me higher than 10%, and the other day I had an avocado that probably put me higher than 10%. Still keeping ingredients simple though. After 11 years doing raw I feel comfortable making adjustments like this to suit my needs. All the best to you too🙏🏼💕 PS I do have a few recipe books that might inspire some kitchen fun for ya! kat-green.com/e-books/
@@katgreenvideo Many thanks! Actually, I've been subscribed for years. It's just that I watched the interview again, and wondered if you were still rv (You don't really make any of that content anymore, so thought I'd ask). I'm sure at this point it's very easy for you to dial up and down different macros according to intuition and feel...and just being able to enjoy what you want. Maybe I'll get there, one day. Considering I first tried raw before the 811 book was released, I should've worked it out by now ;) Anyway, thanks for the link to your ebooks. Currently, I don't really have access to a kitchen nor much of a budget, so I am going to be winging it (Will possibly include some tofu an chickpeas, at first). Either way, I'm not in a position to be following recipes. Once I get some things sorted out, and hopefully into a different accommodation, I'll look into the recipes again. I'm definitely curious how to make things tasty while excluding the things your recipes seem to do. Are you still avoiding onions etc?
Woot Woot!! 🙏🏻❣️💯🌱✨
This is excellent, deep messaging with a poetic flow -- such a beautiful way to express and communicate! Thanks for this, Kat! 100% resonates
Thanks again Triston💗 It was fun to play with a different medium and with so many important issues, felt necessary!

No vegan content lately
Just curious. Are you still 8/1/1?
I don't know that my daily macros match 811 exactly but I'm still low fat raw vegan, yes.
