Thanks for the warning at the end, I used to follow many makeup artists (none like you, I adore and admire you) who consumed a lot of makeup at Sephora or did hauls very frequently with dozens of products, I stopped following them because they made me anxious to buy most of the products they bought. Now I have controlled that compulsion very well and buy what is necessary or only buy what I run out of, I have learned to enjoy each product and I love the feeling of seeing it finished to the last drop. Thank you for those words at the end, especially for the girls who are just starting out in this wonderful world of makeup.

Update: I picked up the Hourglass foundation, the MUF Powder Foundation, revisited the NARS matte blush and the YSL lash clash, plus restocked my REFY brow gel- and I’ve never looked better!! I’m no makeup rookie either, 40 year-old makeup addict since I was 15, but Andrea’s recommendations are GOLD. Didn’t hurt that we’re foundation twins either. Best video of its kind
NO YOU DON’T TALK TOO MUCH and I have trouble listening to everyone else longer than 5 minutes!!! Your videos are so much more informative than others and your enthusiasm and personality make them enjoyable. I started binge watching at 66 wanting to change what had become a very boring makeup routine. Because you explain why products work or don’t so well I understand why some things just don’t work on my oily skin….well maintained with 30+ years of professional tightening treatments but looking old and outdated because of my makeup choices. Many 'influencers' (lordy I detest that word) seem to revel in all that they buy, and show you how much they have; implicitly, more than you. I don't think the race to have more, more more is adequately addressed. Thank you for bringing it up, and I encourage you to explore that further in the future!

This is the thing, a lot of Beauty youtubers have annoying voices that I can not listen to for more then a couple of minutes. Let me assure that your voice is nice to listen to for long form content. I watch youtube beauty content for hours a day and you have the perfect voice. Most youtubers I used to like I can no longer tolerate because they talk too loud / too fast or are just plain annoying to listen to on my TV... You are elegant and have a nice voice to listen too.

You look stunning here. Your lighting set up and whatever else you do digitally in post is perfection. Gorgeous. I also have to second your Milk Hydrogrip Primer. I wore it in Japan this past summer when every day was so unbelievably hot and humid and it kept my Doublewear in place. Sure I was gross with sweat and ye-olde-damp upper lip all day and night but it kept my make up from melting off or going patchy. I just looked as if I were barefaced but sweating. The make up stayed put. An incredible product I can safely say, considering the environment in which I brutally tested it to its limits. 😆💯💯🏆

Omg totally agree w the Mario spray! I use it every day n night w my skincare! My aesthetician said to use it before using hyloraunic acid bc it helps to activate it … also I have mature skin and love the makeup forever powder it doesn’t look bad at all on mature or dry skin w the right skin prep!!!
You need to try the Tarte Maracuja tinted hydrated. Every time I wear it I get a random compliment on how beautiful my skin is. It just evwns out my skin and gives me that perfect glow!

Dear Andreea, I am very grateful for this type of videos 😊. Unfortunately not all products are available in Sephora in Romania or in Romania at all. However I write down what I want to buy and then I open my notebook (old-school woman here, with notebook and pen) whenever I get to Sephora or other beauty stores while travelling abroad. I have to say that I already have some of the products mentioned like the Milk primer (perfect grip for the foundation), the YSL mascara and the Rare beauty highlighter. I had the old formula DIOR volumizing lipgloss and I liked the way my lips were. I remained intrigued by the Merit products (which I cannot order online, I hope to see them in the future 😅), the Hourglass foundation and concealer and the YSL foundation. What I loved most of the video is the ending disclaimer - jos pălăria, draga mea ❤. I am sad I did not find your UA-cam channel a lot earlier as I would have bought less products 😅 So many products that were simply not for my skin type and didn’t know 😅. You look stunning here. Your lighting set up and whatever else you do digitally in post is perfection. Gorgeous. I also have to second your Milk Hydrogrip Primer. I wore it in Japan this past summer when every day was so unbelievably hot and humid and it kept my Doublewear in place. Sure I was gross with sweat and ye-olde-damp upper lip all day and night but it kept my make up from melting off or going patchy. I just looked as if I were barefaced but sweating. The make up stayed put. An incredible product I can safely say, considering the environment in which I brutally tested it to its limits. 😆💯💯🏆

My aesthetician said to use it before using hyloraunic acid bc it helps to activate it … also I have mature skin and love the makeup forever powder it doesn’t look bad at all on mature or dry skin w the right skin prep!!!

Unfortunately not all products are available in Sephora in Romania or in Romania at all. However I write down what I want to buy and then I open my notebook (old-school woman here, with notebook and pen) whenever I get to Sephora or other beauty stores while travelling abroad.
I have to say that I already have some of the products mentioned like the Milk primer (perfect grip for the foundation), the YSL mascara and the Rare beauty highlighter. I had the old formula DIOR volumizing lipgloss and I liked the way my lips were. I remained intrigued by the Merit products (which I cannot order online, I hope to see them in the future 😅), the Hourglass foundation and concealer and the YSL foundation.
What I loved most of the video is the ending disclaimer - jos pălăria, draga mea ❤.
I am sad I did not find your UA-cam channel a lot earlier as I would have bought less products 😅 So many products that were simply not for my skin type and didn’t know 😅. I also send your videos to my girl friends as I have so much confidence in what you suggest 😂.
