- Words of Wisdom is a video series which shares the wisdom of prophets, sages, saints and mystics. This video focuses on Rumi, a great mystic whose teachings have enriched the lives of millions of beings.
Rumi quotes were selected from two books:

This is why you must go to the Father to get to heaven. The Sun and Moon gods are his aspects meant to guide us back to him. If you choose a sun or moon God you choose idol worship, and you go the the heaven of the Sun god or moon god. Most never make it past that point to reach the highest heaven with the Father, yet I do it every age and choose to stay here.

Truthfully, you are right, and this is not a comfort for the sinner. Muhammad does not understand, that God will do this, and if you are found guilty of sin, you will be eternally separated from Him. A little poop, ruins the whole batch of brownies. Such is our life in our sins. For you see, God is a just judge, and most eternal. Our sin can not be hidden from Him and our hearts are deceitfully wicked. The greatest sin, that we did to ourselves, was convince ourselves, that we are good people. If you lie once, you are a liar. If you steal once, you are a thief. If you blaspheme the name of God, even once, you are a blasphemer. Jesus said, "those of old have said, do not commit adultery, but I say to you, if you so much as look at a woman and lust after her, you have committed adultery in your heart." Adulterer at heart... Jesus said if you hate your brother, you have committed murder in your heart. Murderer at heart... Do you not see? We must surrender! our good deeds can never outweigh our bad, and our hearts even when we try to make up for them, leave us hopeless and self-righteous. Jesus said there is none good but God. The only righteousness that we can rely on, is God's... And so found guilty of our sins, unable to pay for the fine for our crimes against God, what is the other option? God takes our sin so seriously, that our whole race was cursed for it by Him, and death entered the world, the world we live in, which is a fallen creation. We must throw ourselves upon the mercy of the court! Jesus will not point to Allah of the Quran because they are not the same god. If anyone wishes to know, the first commandment of the Bible is you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, mind, and soul, and the second, you shall not make a graven image. Don't make up other gods. I did before I turned from my sins and saw God for who He is. Just, Holy, good, merciful, patient, gracious, loving... The after-life is where we face His justice, and where we are determined, whether we are with God or without Him in the outer darkness. The Bible does not tell us we must do many good deeds to make up for our sins. It is futile, after you have broken the crime, and we do in our sin nature many times over. For those who say, Jesus is not God, you must ask this question: Did Jesus rise from the dead? The people who claimed He did rise, and is the Son of God, they did not gain money, power, or sex for it. They received torture, persecution, and death. Further, those who claimed it, never took back their words. People don't die for a lie.
Finally, I will not leave those who are asking, of what shall I do if all of this is true? I tell you all this because I do love you. Jesus said, "I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father but through Me." Either Jesus is who He says He is, in which all other religions are false, or He was a crackpot. He is no mere prophet, by any means. God did an amazing thing for us, whilst we were all still sinners. He sent His only begotten Son, to die on the cross for our sins. We know this, but most don't know this. We broke God's laws. Jesus paid the fine. If you're in court, found guilty, and someone pays your fine, the judge can do what is legal, right, and just and let you go because someone paid your fine. That's what Jesus did for us. Right before He died He said 3 very profound words: "It is finished." Meaning the debt has been paid. The wrath that we so deserved to us in the next life, was taken upon Jesus, for us, because He loves us that much. We don't deserve this at all and yet it is given freely to us. The only thing we are called to do is to repent of our sins, that is to turn from them and turn to Christ, God Himself, and trust in Jesus' work on the cross. He payed the price because He loves us and does not take any pleasure in any to perish. We do not know when we will die, and this poem that we heard, doesn't address the justice of God. It is appointed once for a man to die, and then the judgement. Do not wait, if you think this to be true. Go to God, repent of your sins, and trust in Christ for your salvation. Read the book of John in the Bible in the New Testament, for if you do this thing, God will begin a transforming work in you and give you a new heart and a new mind, with new desires. Desires to do what is right and no longer desiring to do that which is wrong. Which is a miracle for sin-loving sinners. Jesus' righteousness will cover all your sins and cast them as far as the east if from the west. This is the greatest news, anyone could ever hear. Today is the day of Salvation. If you believe this to be true, don't wait to get right with God. God bless you.

Incredibly profound and beautiful. It's amazing that 500 years later, humanity still doesn't understand this simple truth. That we are all one with God and part of each other and everything in existence. Peace is only found in acceptance that what lies without is a reflection of what lies within.

I like Rumi quotes too but they are not just words, need to understand the meaning behind them. What I understand is enlightenment of spiritual heart with God's name. That is true 'remembrance of God' and how humanity is 'illuminated by the light of Truth' (God's light is produced when God's name is synchronised within the heartbeats). Jesus said that the only unforgivable sin was speaking against the Spirit. With that in mind, it seems wise for a Christian to be extremely careful what you call a false spirit. Are these words false because they came from a Muslim? I believe the Spirit is universal.
