Wow wow you reminded me of myself my father rest in peace Morgan owned 1967 series one 4.2 roadster with a factory, hard top original old English white me growing up as youngster used to play in it when it was parked up in the garage. Sometimes the key was in it when I turn ignition key and pushed the button. I remember what I loved about it. What’s the triple Wipes, i’ve never seen a car with free wipers and I knew it was special. It was a racing car made for the road, the dashboard the push button start. I remember I used to rev it up at a 10-11 I knew it was a beast It wasn’t meant condition, but it was a nice road Car I really miss it I wish I never sold it. Would you believe it it was a series 1 roadster so much regret I think about every day or every other two days if I had it now and the thing is the bodywork was unbelievable. It wasn’t a rotten car. It was solid as hell with the money I’ve got today I’ll have to spend £70,000 make it mint never mind it’s gone now. The only thing I have left of it is the original glass that goes over the bonnet and the crime surround and original steering wheel hanging up in the loft. I also have the original heritage certificate. I will own another Etype one day 😂
This is truly a passion that no electric cars will ever get. I respect the electric cars and their purpose, but there’s nothing like an internal combustion engine roaring to life, the sound at each revs , the gears change, the sound of every mechanical parts in harmony... it’s just perfect and makes you feel good and one with your car. i’m glad to live in a world where we still have those cars around to give us that passion ! My ultimate dream car is the last exclusive manual supercar of Ferrari , the F50 and just thinking about it i hear the sound of the amazing 4.7L , 60 valves V12 revving all the way to 8500rpm 😍. This E-Type is truly amazing and i know why he feels like that for his car , he achieved his dream.

Seems like a bloody nice bloke and he can even say JAG YOU ARE, not JAG WAH as most Yanks do. Good that the chap had a goal from being 8 years old and achieved his goal. Hats off to you there old love. Shame he can't pronounce coupè haha.
You have created an orphan car. All that add on/swap out stuff you have piled on makes it so. Unless you rev the engine to 6000rpm 300bhp is just theoretical. Your Webers "pop"? Get them tuned/jetted correctly. You could do this stuff to a corvette and it wouldn't matter. Stick to wall street and all its huckstering. I watched this and it made me want to puke. And I love E-Types, I restore them for a living. Beyond that, I live and let live, it takes all types and all that.
people should be able to turn their own car into however they desire it to be, I wouldn’t do this, I believe that minimalism is beauty with e-Types, but whoever the next owner is can always turn it back to original. And this also comes from someone who also deeply cares about e-Types. I’ve seen piles of rust restored to their formal glory, this can be too. At least it isn’t sitting in a garage somewhere dusting away with 300 other pristine cars, it’s being driven and enjoyed by someone who appreciates and cares for their car.

The most beautiful car ever made, for me at least, would be the 1953 Studebaker coupe (Champion/Commander). That was THE CAR that convinced the American public that tall, boxy, and laden with chrome wasn't necessarily the best way to make a car. It was the Forward Look four years before the fact and it STILL gets no respect. Studebakers in general seem to be the Rodney Dangerfield of collector cars, but come on! I do agree that the E-Type is a pretty nice design as far as cars though.
E types r cool
The car is cool. As for the rest of the video...I'll leave it at that.
Question, Kenny works on Wall Street but this video looks like it was made in California. just wondering if that's where he lives? Does Kenny commute cross country? Piqued my curiosity.
Seems like a bloody nice bloke and he can even say JAG YOU ARE, not JAG WAH as most Yanks do. Good that the chap had a goal from being 8 years old and achieved his goal. Hats off to you there old love. Shame he can't pronounce coupè haha.
Im 12 and they look like planes or spaceships in real life.
Beyond that, I live and let live, it takes all types and all that.
nkelly9 I was thinking just the same things, he is clearly clueless... a typical idiot who throws money at his car without knowing a thing about it!
Amen📣
people should be able to turn their own car into however they desire it to be, I wouldn’t do this, I believe that minimalism is beauty with e-Types, but whoever the next owner is can always turn it back to original.
What ever make him happy!
Exactly!
The 50 Italian job was the anniversary of the movie, not of the Jag, the biggest car in that movie is the Mini Cooper, both great cars
Kenny is talking about the E50 run. Which was celebrating 50 years of the E type. I was on it too. It was called the 'italian job'. Great trip. Last year they did a similar trip to celebrate the movie also.
