I was attacked at work by 2 gang members robbing the store. I was unarmed and they were going to shoot me. After a struggle I survived but one of the robbers did not. I did everything I was supposed to do, called 911 immediately. But now I face a murder charge. The guy that died was a 3rd strike felon who just got out of jail and was ready to kill me. The justice system is utterly confusing for a person who has never been in this position. Thank you for your video. I hope I do not spend the rest of my life in prison

I pray there was video. The police love to suppress exculpatory evidence.

The only jury I have served on so far is a civil trial. I would enjoy the learning process of a criminal selfdefense trial. Because their is so much more that go on in the courtroom. I enjoyed my full paid time off.

Thanks for this video - helped me get the panel talking their truth in a self defense case I was taking to trial. These techniques were very helpful!!

It might be useful to mention the concept of "survivor's guilt," and ask jurors if they have ever known someone who was wracked with guilt over their parents' divorce, or their grandma's cancer diagnosis. Would it be fair to put them on the stand and make them prove they *didn't* cause grandma's cancer?

It took me months and several meetings before trial to get my lawyer to see my innocence .
Now you have to convince 12 strangers in a few days..
    I was found guilty 11 to 1.

More I listen to this stuff, more I don't want to be a juror.

If you the right to remain diligence, then by logic you have the right to be noisy.
