Even Connor spent more time on screen with Eric Jr.
While Ridge is trying to "love" and figure out what to do about Rick, Brooke relieves him any true responsibility. She tells him he did nothing wrong, when in fact, the whole situation is messed up and they all played a role. Ridge pushed Eric away (like when he got the phone call a few episodes ago); Eric for taking a step back and Brooke for all of the above. It's ridiculous that Brooke gives Ridge and only uses him for sex, status and money.

In a way both women were trying to change that tiresome dynamic. But Ridge objected to both attempts and he's gotten the triangle he wants again with himself at the center.

B&B misused a legal term. Burglary happens when a thief steals property while the victim/owner is away. The correct term should have been "intruder." This crazy man intruded into her home, held her a knifepoint and tried to rape Taylor. However, I expected a scene where Taylor came home to a ransacked place and scared the thief away without any major interaction. That's a burglary. So B&B, or whoever posted this, misled the viewers. The scene is a lot more scarier than described. Usually, it's the other way around.

It is really long. Season 8 starts with episode 1752, that first aired in *March 1994* , but the current episode is already from *August 1995* I once believed that a *season* was supposed a year. How do they determine for B&B when one season starts and one ends?

So Season 8 will be now running yearly long too, until it catches up with season 10 that we already have? But Season 10 starts with episodes originally aired in September, 1996. I believe these episodes now airing are already in what would be Season 9. The Bold and the Beautiful premiered March 23, 1987 so every year around that time a new year or season starts!
