Met Kane last year at his & Rakim show at the Norva in Norfolk last December. Kane is sho-nuf a family man now cuz we hung for a few mins, I met his wife & young son & he was in the wind after the show. Musta been way kool to do dat provide the catering for the KANE!!
One of the most legendary time of my life is when Kane came to Staten Island in a hole in the wall club and perform 3 songs for 15min I was 16 yrs old at the time Peace God!!
Gots to have Nice n Smooth on here at some point. Damn near every joint they put out was built for the club but still had enough hard to keep it street. Greg Nice n Smooth B please.
I love Big Daddy Kane🥰❤❤❤❤ this interview is giving me life. Thank you. I got lucky to meet him once a long time ago in Boston. He was smooth and super handome. ❤❤❤❤
STILL fine as WINE after all these years, thank you for featuring the BIG DADDY KANE as he was the ONE AND ONLY we tried to find BEFORE chics were chasing R KELLY.
Kane's Interview is one of the Only GrownMan Interviews I've seen in a while.. Big Up to NORE and EFN ...Kane was on point.. He ran this Interview Like a Gentleman and a G, on top of that an Icon. Much Love and Respect.
Big Daddy Kane An (OG) Im listening too everything he saying and I'm 21 years old way before my generation 💯💪🏾👌🏾🙏🏽 My Uncle Always Talk Bout The (OG) Kane 💯
I agree. Sometimes N. O. R. E interrupts to much and, I think that's just due to the alcohol. Whoever does their research on their guest needs to be replaced because Nore has his facts wrong sometimes it certain things he should no he doesn't like in what order a person's albums came out or what year. I mean shit with Google you can find that shit out in a matter of seconds. But this show is dope tho I love it.
Molly Bags is exactly right...I was excited when I saw Kane on Drink Champs until I watched the episode. Love the crew mind you and understand that Drink Champs is drunk fun but sometimes I wish the interviews had a bit more structure to them the way Juan Epstein did once upon a time. I feel like we barely scratched the surface on Kane...
I gaurauntee Kane still got heat will still body somthin right now. Never forget his verse on Marly Marl's Symphony in 1988. Unbelievable lyricist Kane was untouchable.
DOPE greatest rapper living legend I'm from Haiti so big fan of Big Daddy Kane so i still listen to ain't no half stepping every time so like the beat and like the way he spit much respect to him
It's the worst time in hip hop today, the labels are just using the new artist like puppets. It's all about advertising and sponsors and brands. The uncut hip hop will forever remain, thanks to platforms like this!
Awesome interview! NORE truly did a respectful job. He definitely paid homage to one of the greatest to ever do it. He was like a kid in a candy store.

G Kells was it good? I'm gonna check it out sometime this week.
sahbian Yeah, they did a good job. There's a few Easter eggs in it too if you pay close attention. Especially at the end.
Big Daddy Kane and your dances were off the chain
STILL fine as WINE after all these years, thank you for featuring the BIG DADDY KANE as he was the ONE AND ONLY we tried to find BEFORE chics were chasing R KELLY.
Yes LAWWD!!!
Nore your getting better , I see your not interrupting as much...
Lol! He was worst than this? Geez. him constantly interrupting Kane was doing my head in.

Thank You OG Kane for keeping the interview on track.
These old school NYC hustlers are the best!!
Well if you're a fan of the rap game, you should know the history. He's one of the greatest ever.
@@1117AJ EXACTLY!
"if rap was a school, I'd be the principal...uh, f___ it, the Kane is invincible"!
INVINCIBLE!!!
This is a great Show, Salute to Nore , for always bringing real interviews, in an innovative format and always paying homage to the greats.
I remember when I was 12 and saw Biz Markie the Vapors video and when Biz was rhyming about Kane, I thought Kane was the hardest man alive.
I need to see Large Professor on here
breadmaxx for sure!
I enjoy drink champs , I just wish sometimes when they get artist like these they would prepare more and allow the artist to speak .
Molly Bags AGREE !! KANE HAS SO MANY STORIES!!
Molly Bags I think they did here
I agree with you so much!
I feel like we barely scratched the surface on Kane...
thank u, we still need AZ on here asap
FACTS!!
I feel like I been saying this for years lol AZ SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON HERE
I gaurauntee Kane still got heat will still body somthin right now. Never forget his verse on Marly Marl's Symphony in 1988. Unbelievable lyricist Kane was untouchable.
"It's Like Thst Ya"ll" tracks was Lyrical Fire!
His verse on U.G.Ks version of the symphony was nice, and I think that was "light work" for him
DOPE greatest rapper living legend I'm from Haiti so big fan of Big Daddy Kane so i still listen to ain't no half stepping every time so like the beat and like the way he spit much respect to him
Kane talking like Dougie was mad funny!
He nailed it
the 1st M.C ever besides hammer to do the splitz but he made it kool back in the day salute 80's babies adopted his swag
This Interview is love. One of my favorite lyricist of all time.
It's the worst time in hip hop today, the labels are just using the new artist like puppets. It's all about advertising and sponsors and brands. The uncut hip hop will forever remain, thanks to platforms like this!
#REALHIPHOPDUNKIEFRFR!!!!!!!!!!!
Awesome interview! NORE truly did a respectful job. He definitely paid homage to one of the greatest to ever do it. He was like a kid in a candy store.
