I’m an LPN work agancy and I made 135k. This year I basically do everything an RN can do. I had on the job training with working with PICC lines; Vents, etc hands on I’m very experienced I’m now working on the LPN to BSN Bridge and I’m 54yrs. Old
Subscribed! I’m currently a BSN student in California. I’m trying to figure out if challenging the board and getting my LPN during RN school is worth it. Your video just solidify my choice of taking the LPN exam! Hopefully, I pass on the first try. Thanks!
You're very welcome!
@@NurseMoneyTalk I loved your video, but I'm a bit confused on which states allow you to do this and what exactly are the requirements. Can you elaborate more on this?
I love your voice you are so well spoken ❤️ thanks
Lol thank you.
Great video
Hello, As a nursing student, what is the best way I could study for the LPN boards. What resources do you recommend.
Hey Rukky,
The NCLEX Prep Academy is the one I'm recommending at the moment. You can get to it by going to *nursemoneytalk.com/nclexprep (affiliate link).
Another resource is NCLEX Mastery *(nursemoneytalk.com/nclexmastery). They have an app on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. It's not as full-featured as the NCLEX Prep Academy, but it's cheaper, and it also works depending on your needs.
Side note, NCLEX Mastery was the one I used when I took my LPN boards. Back then, I only used it to do a bunch of practice questions and see the rationales for the questions.
I hope that helps, or at least gives you a starting point.

I’ve been working as an hha for 7+ years & I would rather work as an LPN while in RN school to get the experience & improve skills & make more money than work as an hha for the whole time of the RN program. But I do know that there are opportunities for RN students that would enhance their skills while in RN school.
Is hha home health aide?
@@NurseMoneyTalk yes. I’m actually a personal care assistant but I usually say home health aid because it’s easier for people to identify.
Can you tell me which nutrition class did you have to satisfy the requirements for the PN NCLEX?
Hey Pollyanna I answered your question here: ua-cam.com/users/shortseZM_hZ7xq18
