Lily songs are good it's just lily's voice style didn't suit her own songs and Ritsu totally can surpass her quality easily with his better vocal
It’s the same with Flower, if you want to talk about Vocaloids. A lot of people tend to crank Flower up super high, but I always preferred Flower in his power range.
This is not a fair comparison because they're not even tuned by the same person.
@@ClaireBear_yt flower is a girl but you're right. I mean it's only logical that a vsynth isn't going to sound so good outside of their best range. What boggles the mind is that a lot of people still make flower sing in a higher pitch than recommended or in music that doesn't suit her voice (non-rock stuff). A shame because then I end up not enjoying songs I normally would and waiting for covers before I'm even done listening.

Besides, how can you say he's underrated when 3 covers with him have reached a million views on youtube- and that's a lot for an utau (apart from teto but she's a different story).

No not really because when he would get a voice bank the company who made it could potentially stop all Ritsu utau production or make them be paid products and after the contract expires potentially own Ritsu and as such they would have to make a whole new character and possibly with a different voice, also why would you make a product intended to be free a paid product the Macnes were not only a paid product from the start but also were made because there was no vocaloid for the mac at the time, but now that there is they decided to get macne nana as a vocaloid, Namine Ritsu was intended to be an FREE utau from the start and that will never change and i doubt cannon would want to make a free product that people love and praise her about a paid product.
He's not a Vocaloid, and I'd hate to see him become one. UTAUloids have the creativity Vocaloids lack in, sure the fan-made personalities are creative sometimes, but will there ever be a Vocaloid who is obsessed with Len, cucumbers and masturbating and that personality is made canon? Nope, that's something only a UTAUloid can do.
People think 'He's a good UTAUloid so he must be a Vocaloid because they are better.' I really think the opposite of that though.

No, it definitely is his EVE, I can tell by the twinges in the pitchbends. His Kire and Strong don't do that.
Listen to his demo again. Heart's Democracy. It has the same weird pronunciation and twinge that this cover has.
Well okay then, I was about to suggest that. Because the higher notes are definitely not kire, but the lower ones are. I also have eve, so I do know what that bank sounds like.

I didn't realize it at the time when I originally reprinted this, but looking back at the original NND post, it seems konuko tuned this before konuko became so popular. The name they credited I'm not familiar with, but they linked to konuko's twitter, so that's all I can guess. :O Interesting.
Voca Vamp listening to this a couple times it does sound like Konuko's style of tuning.
