in India too, doctors recommend sunlight, diet plans and exercise for Vit D deficiency. Thats very subjective to tell Indian doctors give meds in these cases.
@@gsharpmusic4540 no bro I am from Punjab India and I was appointment with many doctors and they are all told to take supplements and they not advise me to take fruits or any other vegetables and this is the true bro that told the harnoor in our vlog

Just think otherwise. Why most of the doctors in India advice medicines and not diet? Not because they are very obsessed with medicines. The actual reason being most of the people in India can't afford diet like fish, mashroom, When you think, what about siting in sunlight, most of the people in India go to work in the morning and come back in night, the only time they have is Sunday (if it's not cloudy). Considering this Indian doctors advise medicines. It's not just abrupt as you think.

Vitamin D deficiency is not as straight forward as you have understood it to be... Prevalence of vitamin D deficiency in people of south asians decent have more vitamin D deficiency than Caucasians This is true even for those south asians living in west ...biggest source of vitamin D is sunlight but because of more melanin in our skin we absorb lesser light and make less vitamin D Regular diet also doesnt contain enough vitamin D So we make less and absorb less as well ...
Hi bro, is it possible for you to make a video on changes into the US College admission process due to COVID-19 as even I want to go for my Undergrad and it could help many others!
From my own personal experience and this can be different for everyone but low Vitamin D levels and higher A1C leads to lower testosterone levels. So, if you address low Vitamin D levels and high A1C levels, you can maybe improve testosterone levels.
First of all i am following you for quite a long time now but the part where you said that "India mei har cheez dwai se shru hoti h" is somewhat made me uncomfortable that I don't know whom you talked to but you cannot generalize based in one person like if someone in your family said that "dwai khaa le" that doesn't mean that whole india is thinking about medicine to cure the insufficiency or deficiency.
