    2. Taking balance diet (carbs- protein - Fat).
    3. Taking 8 hr sleep
    4. Meditation ( helps to decrease stress hormon cortisol)
    5. Taking proper micro nutrition ( vitamin and mineral ) in case of vegetarian you can take supplyment.
    6. Ashwagandha can increase testosterone

Just think otherwise. Why most of the doctors in India advice medicines and not diet?
Not because they are very obsessed with medicines.
The actual reason being most of the people in India can't afford diet like fish, mashroom,
When you think, what about siting in sunlight, most of the people in India go to work in the morning and come back in night, the only time they have is Sunday (if it's not cloudy).
Considering this Indian doctors advise medicines. It's not just abrupt as you think.

It's not about comparing US doctor vs Indian doctor's opinion, in US patient tend to be more compliant that's why those therapy can be recommended, Indian situation is completely different, and the doctors recommend based on that learning curve

Exactly.. In India the patient load is massive, hence, the max time a Dr can gv to a patient is 5 min.. Plus Indian people can't afford costly fruits & veggies hence they go for cheap supplements /meds.. Last but not least i think for that 1hr consultation Harnoor was charged approx 50 to 80$ which people here can't pay..

Vitamin D deficiency is not as straight forward as you have understood it to be...
Prevalence of vitamin D deficiency in people of south asians decent have more vitamin D deficiency than Caucasians
This is true even for those south asians living in west
...biggest source of vitamin D is sunlight but because of more melanin in our skin we absorb lesser light and make less vitamin D
Regular diet also doesnt contain enough vitamin D
So we make less and absorb less as well ...

First of all i am following you for quite a long time now but the part where you said that "India mei har cheez dwai se shru hoti h" is somewhat made me uncomfortable that I don't know whom you talked to but you cannot generalize based in one person like if someone in your family said that "dwai khaa le" that doesn't mean that whole india is thinking about medicine to cure the insufficiency or deficiency.
Furthermore, you can not also generalize US people as well coz one doctor is saying you to not to take medicine AT FIRST, doesn't mean that whole US people's and doctor's thinking is like that.
This was just my opinion i deserve to be wrong.
Good work 👍 keep it up. ❤️
    Love from India ❤️

In India doctors directly go for meds becz an average Indian cannot afford exotic food like Mashroom, zucchini, Salmon etc on a regular basis

Harnoor, I honestly on my hand definitely agree with you that medicine should be the last resort but what I don’t agree with you on is Indian doctors pushing medicines first and American doctors finding different alternatives. Vitamins are not considered medicines they are supplements to help you get on the right levels because like you said our life style and the food an average human eats is not healthy and it’s very hard to avoid it on a daily basis. Also, doctors in America are prone to push more medicines even if they are not needed because of the kick backs they get from the pharmaceutical companies. If you read about Prude Pharma a pharmaceutical company is the biggest reason for people overdosing in America then street drugs itself. I have live my whole life here and I appreciate the health care system in America it’s better in a lot of ways compared to India but when it comes to pushing medicines America is probably number 1 in the world. Back in India, we still have different alternatives like Yoga and Homeopathy Medicine that has been proven to work and help after decades of research. I actually wish the doctors here would use other alternatives instead of medicines but that’s not the case and it’s never been here.
