I just made this ! I used sea shells which my grandchildren had given to me, after trips to the beach. I love it ! thanks so much for the clear instructions .
Nice, but I doubt this wind chime will easily make sound because its far from each other to come into contact by knocking each other when the wind blows🤔
Its very cute but arent wind chimes supposed to chime? At the end of the video, i see that it was moving in the breeze but not making a sound. Seems that the hanging strands of string should be closer together in order for the shells to bump into each other to 'chime'. Not trying to be mean but there is a reason we call them wind 'chimes'. :-/
The video looks interesting. I live in Florida and have free access to gorgeous shells near my home, at the beach. However, reading the comments and seeing multiple questions that went unanswered is (in my opinion) very unprofessional. So I will not be watching anymore of your video's. Maybe you won't even see this comment. Thumbs down.

When wrapping the rings you could use different decorative knots to give interesting texture to the ring.
It's beautiful, thanks for the upload 😊
Crocheting around the rings would be nice too!!!
Beautiful craft I'm going to film & have a go of a creation soon 🌊🐋
Beautiful ❤️
I love the sea shell wind chime very pretty...Was it hard to make?

But it's makes no sound! The point is the peaceful sound that the usual wind chimes make

Looks great. Not much chiming.
Any suggestions as to where to buy the shells, pre drilled would be best.
How did you measure the length of string between the smaller and larger ring? Not clear on how to do that.
