this sounded really cool! do you have any advice on how to get started with music stuff? i think it would be fun to post covers but i’m not good enough at piano or guitar yet to do the instrumentals myself. do you know how to record your voice over an instrumental like that? i’m not familiar with any programs that would be good to use.
i use garageband to make all my music! unfortunately its only for ios (and also the mac but i use the mobile version) and there arent really any good android substitutes unless you wanna use a pc program, but most pc programs are paid and a lot more complex than garageband and for me at least garageband is perfect because its free and simple and theres a lot you can do with it. i have been using garageband for like three years and i still dont think my instrumentals or production are amazing or anything but i pretty much just slowly figured out how to use it and it wouldve been way easier if i had just watched youtube tutorials so id recommend doing that over teaching yourself lol for vocals i just use my ipad mic (and also bluetooth headphones so the instrumental doesnt bleed through on the recording) and thats also what i use to record guitar (when i actually record live guitar, that is) but there’s equipment you can get that would allow you to use an actual XLR mic as well
