Keynote address by Amb. Ombeni Sefue at UONGOZI Institute and Aalto EE's Graduation Ceremony 2022

On 13 May 2022, in collaboration with Aalto University Executive Education (Finland), we hold our 5th Leadership Graduation Ceremony in Dar es Salaam, Tanzanian. The aim was to celebrate those who had completed our long-term executive programmes: Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership and Certificate in Leadership. A total of 117 leaders graduated.
This keynote address delves into Amb. Ombeni Sefue's thoughts about leadership; why leaders need to inspire people rather than intimidate them. Also, why they need to make a lifelong commitment to learn and to use their learning.
