Technically after the divine dragon battle in disc 3. Even though Lloyd wasn't chosen it was still shining whenever Dart got close to it. Right before this battle, Dart receives it from Lloyd
He put on the armor from Lohan. The place with the arena where you first “fight” Lloyd and meet Haschel. It costs 10000 gold so it’s really expensive but it DRASTICALLY increases your magic defense and magic offense.
As much as I love this game-and it remains, hands down, my absolute favorite game of all time-I have to say...I really, really don't like the design of the Divine Dragoon armor. It's far too bulky, and increase in strength from Dragoon form or not, with the way the human body works, a sword that size cannot be used properly without the use of both hands. I think the armor simply isn't designed right. The cannon is an essential part, but maybe it could be like Samus or Mega Man, where the arm actually changes into the cannon when needed? The ball could open from the shoulders, streamline the shape of the armor itself... Ah, well. That, my friend, is what fanfiction is for. In all seriousness, though, this game needs an HD re-release. I would buy the newest Playstation console just for that. Improve the graphics, update the gameplay, rebalance so the namesake transformation isn't all but useless midway through Disc/Chapter 3...
I really like the bulky armour for him. Sucha shame we didn't get to use the dragoon earlier in game. Wish this was remade and had customization to how ya looked and actual dragon summons lol not weird space ships
Yes. I've always thought the Divine Dragoon armor wasn't well designed. I still love it because it was the Divine Dragoon, but the design is just bad. In my mind i know exactly how it should look like. And yes! This game definitely deserve an HD Remake! In fact i did a post on Legend of Dragoon subreddit about how i would remake this game. They need to re make the legend of dragoons with way better graphics for the PS4 version with more than just 7 additions and more magical abilities and they need to make like a dark soul version of the legend of dragoons the graphics need to be top notch
Melbu is not even going to lie your explanation for a new remake to legend of dragoon was amazing to a point where I thought you were one of the developers like your really descriptive which helps because precision is one of the key things you need to a game
Lloyd is not recognized by the Divine Dragoon Spirit. What Lloyd was wearing was ancient legendary Wingly armor, while armed with the Dragon Buster sword and was magically enhanced by the Divine Moon Objects.@@dk229910

Probably the legend casque and magical ring. But also dart’s Special significantly strengthened him.
