Q: when you have parts left over do not do a test drive else the van will not stop but instead will keep going thus a flint stone will be required to stop the vehicle! A boat anchor or a old computer monitor will be helpful
Very easy to do. Vice grip is required for this job.
I changed mine out and now my E-brake won't work. I Have adjusted the tensioner and still nothing. Did I miss a step?
How do you make sure the front wheels don’t roll? I have two jack stands that I’d put on the back but nothing for front

Any suggestions for if the drum doesn't fit back on even after you've tightened the shoes as far as they go?
I would double check to see if there's anything obstructing it from going on. Did you try loosening it in the opposite direction? Could try that then push the shoes inward to see if they retract fully
You didn't show de E-brake taking off & on and went toooo fast to see what you were doing
