𝐑𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 is an upcoming sports video game developed by Ubisoft Annecy and published by Ubisoft. There are five main activities available in the game include mountain biking, skiing, snowboarding, wingsuit flying, and rocket wingsuiting. The game is set to be released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Stadia, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and Series S on October 28, 2021.

Game still needs some polishing, but honestly - it's an instabuy here. Didn't expect to like it this much, but it really is good. Sure there's bugs and some issues to be ironed out, but the amount of fun I've already had during the beta and playdays have more than convinced me!
Gameplay is fun af, but the narrative is really cringey. The gameplay is what saves this game bc it's so smooth and tight.
Met an extreme stunt biker / wingsuit legend. His vibe and voice were not far off from the guy who talks to you in the game lmao. Cringey but always ridiculously hyped XD

I can't believe you mentioned that game. Riders Republic reminds me so much of that awesome game. That was one of my favorite games on the PS2. Nice to have Riders Republic on the PS5.
I had this game, pretty cool and a great idea. But they just over thought the controls way too much. Made them way too complicated for no reason. Whatever happened to just using
X=jump
Hold X= preload jump and set up your flips and spins
Square=grab
Triangle=grab
Plus LB=grab modifier
⭕️ = brake
Triggers=spin
Triggers=for this game could have been hard carving or strafing.
This looks like hours of fun man!

Only complaint is the sound thats made when you land a Ski/Snowboard trick is really not all that satisfying and sort of dulls the experience.

Agreed. and the landing is too far back so you land flat and hard. I ride snowboard IRL so my knees hur when watching this

They need to add paintball, the skiing and shooting thing from the olympics, triathlons. I can see this getting big like Fortnite if they incentivize the players to pour enough time into this online version of ourselves

game looks awsome, cut scenes seem to run 30 fps whilst the game runs 60 fps?
I think they were 60fps with frame drops and some Vsync issues since the game is still in development
@@LucasVigor Yes, Snowboarding & Skiing was done in free roam but the Bike Race was a competition & I made a mistake by disabling the hud that shows the points you earn while performing tricks
@@LucasVigor Yes, exactly & if you listen closely you can even hear the sound of points being earned after every trick

Yeah like doimg tricks with snowboard and skies was so much smoother in steep it feels really clunky.

You don't have HDR? Pretty low render distance during some gameplay.
I do, I had HDR disabled in console settings & realized after I finished recording

The game looks good but I wish it was being made under the ssx brand. The snowboarding is going to feel unsatisfying when you're used to SUPERRRR UBERRR. The snowboarding gameplay feels like I'm watching someone play who sucks at ssx lol
I loved the thought of this game but after playing there's too many sports and the maps rather dull should of stuck with being a biking game, downhill mountain biking was better

As a snowboarder, this game is amazingly awful. I am still waiting for a Steep like but with the simulation from Amped 2.

The dialog is trying way to hard to appeal to young people. and its coming off as extremely soulless and cringey. Ubisoft needs to stop trying so hard.

wtf is going on with these games on ps5. No games, and if they are, usually looks like this crap for 60$ with 30min of fun. How long we have to wait for exclusives. Its all about the graphic and 60fps. Why people dont talk about story, or character animations. Only graphic and 60 fps, pathetic.
