I don't know about anyone else, but infamous is probably in my top 5 favorite games of all time. I absolutely miss that open world aspect with epic superpowers just demolishing enemies. I also live in Seattle so it was awesome in second son being able to run around the city that resembles my own homeplace. I really hope sucker punch revitalizes the series.

They struggle to make the selling point but as long as they take infamous second son fun gameplay and just add a wide variety of things to do in the world. Maybe even a smaller world, I believe they could very well make a heavy hitter. They just have to add unique side quests, and side activities. Make the world even more alive.

Some games have taken advantage of specific PS5 hardware features that the PS4 isn't capable of but not a lot. Most PS4 games you see running on the PS5 are the exact PS4 versions and just look better like I mentioned because of FPS and resolution.
I actually got bored of it after 1 play through. I did really enjoy it, overall but I just think the world was very empty but I really really enjoyed jumping around rooftops. That alone was probably worth the asking price, alone. Hopefully if they make another, the world will be more full with activities, more improved combat and more engaging. I just ordered Spider-Man on Ps5 . Game seems very similar to infamous. Bit empty open world but looks very fun to be in. Especially swinging from buildings in New York and the fighting looks really cool. Not sure how I’ll enjoy the combat but I think at the very least, it will be fun enough. I’ve not really watched any gameplay on Spider-Man but from what I’ve seen, he has some crazy special moves with great special effects. Just a shame that Amazon seem to have none in stock and I have to wait a few weeks. To be honest, I don’t mind not being able to play yet but waiting weeks is annoying. Especially as Amazon haves few different listings and they are available. Although it’s usually £70 and I got it for £50 so not too bad.
I had the sudden urge to Platinum this game recently, and man! I forgot how much fun it was. It really feels like games these days are headed backwards in terms of quality and innovation. This game had it all.
We live in different times. People crave nostalgia now more than progress. And comic book movies are kinda near the end of their boom period which helped this game too. But man, they really lucked into something great here.
Yeah only thing left is the whack a mole dup raids, cause there’s no proper side missions that u can do during or after the main story like the last games, just collecting audio and finding someone in a crowd of people. Infamous 1 & 2 had good and bad karma side missions, sucks those didn’t make it to this version

I wish they would make a sequel to delsin rowe & fetch idk how to explain it but this game made me feel a certain vibe that the others didn’t.

Another amazing game that people didn't give a good chance is days gone. It's absolutely phenomenal on the PS5 where it runs with stunning 4K visuals at a buttery smooth 60fps. It's such a good game & it pisses me off that people wrote it off before they even gave it a chance cuz it's got surprisingly good depth to the story & the hordes of zombies are amazing! You can get the game for cheap and it's brilliant on PS5

I'm so glad this game had an unlock framerate option. On PS4 Pro with high-resolution mode, it hovers between 30-40fps, but the PS5 locks it to 60 with back compat mode. Automatic futureproofing
I played the first light dlc and I gotta say….I would love a Flash superhero game. Playing as Fetch and running really fast, to and fro various places was really enjoyable, if they made her work like that then certainly a Flash game could work. Would probably be even more fun than the batman games.
True, that would be awesome. Too bad it seems the developers are limited on how fast they can make player character move due to fps and performance and such. In first light fetch seems like she is running so fast especially when she goes through neon ring boosts. Seems much faster than Delsin in second son. But then did a running time trial test, same loop around the city for both. Delsin without speed boosts runs the same time as fetch on constant speed boosts from neon rings. Fetch without neon rings boost is significantly slower than Delsin neon speed. It seems devs can easily fool us with effects and in reality speed for both is capped at about 30 mph and only twice as fast as no power run for both characters.

Could you imagine a legit remaster of this game on the PlayStation 5 with ray tracing? Crazy to think this game will be 8 years old come March of 2022 and how amazing these graphics still are. Showed this video to my friend who is not a gamer and he thought it was a legit PlayStation 5 game.

I'm so glad this game had an unlock framerate option. On PS4 Pro with high-resolution mode, it hovers between 30-40fps, but the PS5 locks it to 60 with back compat mode. Automatic futureproofing
I played the first light dlc and I gotta say….I would love a Flash superhero game. Playing as Fetch and running really fast, to and fro various places was really enjoyable, if they made her work like that then certainly a Flash game could work. Would probably be even more fun than the batman games.
True, that would be awesome. Too bad it seems the developers are limited on how fast they can make player character move due to fps and performance and such. In first light fetch seems like she is running so fast especially when she goes through neon ring boosts. Seems much faster than Delsin in second son. But then did a running time trial test, same loop around the city for both. Delsin without speed boosts runs the same time as fetch on constant speed boosts from neon rings. Fetch without neon rings boost is significantly slower than Delsin neon speed. It seems devs can easily fool us with effects and in reality speed for both is capped at about 30 mph and only twice as fast as no power run for both characters.
Bluepoint should remaster the first infamous. Since we likely won’t get another infamous from sucker punch.
I’d rather a remaster of infamous 2 including all DLC

i remember playing this game for the first time back in 2017-2018 when i got my ps4 and it was so much fun. great story, great gameplay, great characters. it really is just so underrated

The fact that this game was the first PS4 game I got for my first PS4 and it still looks THIS good blows my mind, they really were ahead of the curve graphically, and I pray a new Infamous is in the works for PS5, Sucker Punch would really leverage the power of it like Insomniac does!!!!...
Insomniac isn't a good spiderman 2 doesn't even look like a PS5 game it looks more like a PS4 game
I'm so happy that i could play this one for the first time on PS5, the game like the last ones, just feel so satisfying, you litteraly felt unstoppable with one power in infamous 1&2 and now you have 4 powers all different and yet all powerful in their ways i really hope sucker punch will continue to make infamous games

They modeled this game after Seattle, but honestly I live in Seattle and you're better off playing in its representation in this game because of all the trash and homeless vagrancy and drugs in the real Seattle.
@@TheReapersSon Yeah I remember when I realized it was based on Seattle I googled pics and felt very disappointed lol. Obviously the game is riddled with alot more colors but I definitely liked the environment.

With the experience that Suckerpunch now has in developing and creating open worlds and story telling. It's safe bet that the next entry in the infamous franchise will be a killer.

Killzone, God of War, Uncharted and Infamous have always been games that looked incredible and pushed the consoles to its max.
I've been playing all the best of playstation exclusives since early 2000s but somehow I kept forgetting about infamous series so I'm now playing through the whole series. Loving infamous 1 so far

I grew up playing the ps1 classic , went on to ps2 and ps3 i never had a ps4 but doing research into watching ps4 titles like this makes me want to ditch the idea of owning a Xbox one ...there are just so many great ps4 exclusives to play its insane I'm buying me a ps4 !!!!!

This game honestly has better character movement than the Spider-Man games. You feel so precise and sticky and I hope insomniac takes more influence from this
