That's why a 2-plane, inclined fan-shape stay cables on an inverted-Y towers are more stable than single-pole, one-plane stay cable during construction and service life of the bridge. Thank God! our engineers are world class - sisiw lang ito! Thanks for the update!

By the way, in another drive-by video I saw that yellow truck on the on-ramp in action. It actually has a ladder part and a platform part. The ladder part goes vertical right off the edge of the ramp and the platform part goes horizontal right under the full width of the deck. I think they use it for works and installations under the deck and ramp's edges. Probably for electricals and communications cables.
