This Game (and the entire Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Series up to Sky Explorers) and its music is a once in a Lifetime experience, and what I mean by that is you will only find something like this once so well done that even the Music has Character. Sure there are a lot of good games and Music to them out there but this is just a little masterpiece of Emotion in my Opinion.. And this is the first time im gonna say this about a game, I wish I could forget everything about it just to play and enjoy it again like on my first time..
Yeah, I never said that Super Mystery Dungeon wasn't good. But I excluded it from my sentence on purpose because I never played Super, so I can not judge it and from what I had seen about it it didn't had quite the same charm to me, I don't know why exactly, maybe because the graphic wasn't the same as in the older ones so I was just not used to it.

Exactly, if this gets a Remastered Version or something I think the "newer" generations would love it aswell, maybe for the Switch? :D I would love to have my Future Kids have the same experience as I had in my Childhood!
Honestly, I have to say I wouldn’t ever reverse my memories to play it again. You get to notice so many more details when you play through the story again and again, and each time is easier than before. And it’s still my favorite game of all time, no matter how much I look back on it...
When you listen to this and remember that this is right before the sad Grovyle part, and it gives actually a feeling of when something bad is about to happen.

Guildmaster rank, level 100 starters, like 6 pages of reviver seeds in storage and all special items. Considering restarting again just so that there's so much to do but I also don't wanna throw all that work away
This sounds AMAZING! It really captures the spirit of the Hidden Higland being nothing more than folklore and the mysteries surrounding the place. As well as the sense of it being not touched in a long time, I like it!

The raw emotion of every piece in this game is something so hard to explain to people. It is true music, and pulls the weight of every story beat with it, coalescing into something strong enough to never be forgotten, so many years after the fact. Thank you so much for keeping it alive

I just came here again from your beach cave theme. It's really interesting to see how the intensity of the music changes throughout the game. Early on it's all happy, childlike and upbeat, but it gets more intense and eventually sinister as you progress through the game. It really weighs on the stakes.
Listening to this brought back the tears and heartache I had when first playing Pokemon Mystery Dungeons Explorers of darkness with my partner Burch the Treecko. You brought back some great memories thank you so much and please keep going😚😊💕

I replay Explorers from the start at least once a year every year. I genuinely think it's one of the most legit shounen style narratives out there. The typical youth that grows in immense strength and taking on larger than life challenges in the story work much better when you are the one to put in the effort and see the characters grow firsthand. The music really is the star of the show and just makes the story of explorers something truly magical. Explorers is definitely cheesy but it works much better when you are walking around as little pokémon rather than as humans.
It's been a while since I've last played this game and I'm looking forward to playing it again. I absolutely love every single one of your remastered pieces, And this is one of them. It perfectly portrays the feeling of the original soundtrack, And now that i think about it... It's even sadder considering what happened after that. To my opinion This song REALLY rappresents the feeling there should be in a special place that not many people know about it, Something hidden that leads to the place that's most important of them all, one of the many places that is going to get ruined and maybe even destroyed by the collapse of the Time tower. It's really sad this is just before saying goodbye to Grovyle, But this is the exact feeling of something secret, Hidden, and beautiful that will soon disappear. I know Hidden Land didn't disappear, But grovyle did, And I can somehow associate this soundtrack with him. You've done a really good job on this soundtrack, I'm glad you managed to somehow keep the feeling of sadness and nostalgia in this.

I remember that EPIC adventure, I am a Riolu with my partner Treecko (sometimes Chikorita, two of my favourite partners in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon), traveling the Hidden land knowing It will be our Final travel together, and, should we win, we'll never see echother again. that feeling, is so touching, that made this my favourite Pokémon Mystery Dungeon game, even more than Super Mystery Dungeon

I'm pretty sure it's meant to sound like that, it adds a lot of power to an otherwise fairly mellow song, the sound it plays is pretty much a forewarning of the temportal tower you're about to face. i think the power behind it is a very great addition to the song.

Have you done any work composing original songs for use in other projects? Would love to hear something of this quality in the context of show/game BGM as opposed to just admiring OSTs after the fact.
I wish they used the translation and called this area Phantom Land. Then this would be called Phantom Highland. With this soundtrack it sounds daunting.
