Sir, i want to delete old memories from which are repeatedly raising in me. I have some incidents related to sexual abuse due to my parents. I wanted to delete those unseen incidents. My father is a narcissistic person and he was doing unnecessary things in front of me which traumatized me. How should i come out of it.
