I bought 2 of these, they are a great radiator for the money,i get compliments on it all the time, nice hand welds, i dont romp on my Mustangs all the time so experiences vary but with my driving style they keep my cars cool all day long in 100 degree heat.
What exactly are you talking about? I'm not sure I understand what you're wanting us to do. "Factory electric fan shroud" is pretty vague. Thanks. -Landan
I bought one of these in 2020and it already shit the bed. It cracked right at the seam, so I'm not sure if I'm going to go with the SVE radiator again.

What was wrong with the original radiator? I believe mine has an aluminum one in it. Want to go back to the original. What did you do with the original one?
Have a friend fill the radiator with the upper radiator hose removed from the thermostat housing. When doing this, be sure and look into the upper hose to ensure that the coolant doesn't run out. This will push any air out through the upper hose. The other way to do it is to have the correct vacuum refill tool. -Landan

How big an engine are these rated for? I have one behind a 393 but it is getting warm, may install the stock fan and shroud and see if that (electric fan) is the problem.
I know this is a old comment but electric fans on a Mustang is the way to go,the bigger the engine the more a electric fan makes sense, for years i had cooling issues until i installed a electric fan, damn car runs at 190 in 100 degree weather all day long, best money i ever spent, only way that clutch fan and shroud goes back on is if my fan goes out and I'm waiting on a replacement, lol, hope you got your issue squared out.
I tried to install mine, but it won't clear the A/C condenser hard lines. Has anyone ever seen this before? The Griffin radiator it is replacing cleared with no issue.
@@latemodelrestoration awesome, thank you. I am wondering if you guys offer a military discount? I have an account setup on LMR, and was wondering before I make this huge purchase. Thanks again

A new video with a newer fox mustang with the factory electric fan shroud would be nice

What did you buy instead? I'm pretty sure the cheap 100 eBay radiator are the same as this one
Doing this today 💪🏾
Do i just cap the two transmission ports with brass plugs in a manual application?
You don’t have to. Coolant won’t leak out if they are left opened. -Landan
@@latemodelrestoration thank you sir!
is there a specific coolant that should be used with this radiator?

At least spray paint the rusty retainers.
Which size battery was in the car at the time of filming? I can’t fit my overflow tube on because the battery is too close to the radiator
This video was filmed back in 2017 and we don't have that Fox Body anymore. So unfortunately, we don't have the measurements for the battery.
Mine is the same, rn I have a vitamins water bottle as my overflow tank. I am gonna have to relocate the battery in order for it to fit properly
what about burping the radiator?
My radiator wont come out
What is the best way to get all the air out of the system after this new radiator install?

another easy way is to have the front tires up in the air such as drive on ramps to put the radiator at the highest point

Can you use this with a coyote swap?
Yes, we have ton's of Coyote swap customer use these in this application. We also used one of these on our project Mercury Rising.
What’s that tool used for the hose clamps?
It's a flexible hose clamp plier. You can pick them up at any local auto parts or tool store!
@@latemodelrestoration thanks!
With the new radiator being wider than the stock one, does the fan need to be offset back towards the engine?
No it does not. You'll be good to go when you install it.

@@angrybastard7364 Mine eventually worked by bending the lines slightly... it wasn't an issue.
How full should the radiator be when cold?
Are these tested before sending out?
Hey there, we have tested and installed our SVE radiators on our own vehicles. We even have them installed on both street and race cars.
