Akso of refilling after some down time you need to wipe the face of the cartridge with a damp rag . It will makebyiur furst few print outs a littke runny but it gets the ink flowing avd it eill be fine after.Any brand of prinnter ink ink will work. Just buy the bestbdeal
Put tape across refill holes, the ink will not leak once installed, it will evaporate much faster as cartridges work with heat to print and those holes will allow the water of the ink to evaporate. The cartridges already have vent holes for normal function.
HP has firmware built in so you cannot do that, but your printer will still function fine regardless...HP is not selling printers they sell cartridges to make their money, they are not going to allow consumers to get full benefits of using off brand or refilled cartridges. In fact you can only refill original HP ones so make sure you don't buy generic cartridges. Even refilled ones across the internet is a gamble...some may not even work even though they guarantee they will.
It's because the face on your cartridge is dried out. Take a wet rag and wipe the face of the cartridge util ink is visible on your rag then it will work fine. Just run a few prints you don't care about first after wiping the face of the cartridge and it will be good to go
Thank you for being honest! if you want pristine color photos, this won't do it.
It worked perfectly with our 64XL black ink cartridge just now. Next, I will try the HP 64 Tri-color cartridge.
I love how you don't even need to drill in holes, open invitation haha
Thank you for the honest review and the dash of optimism. :)
Thank you for this. Worked very well

Thank you Great Video!
Do you have to put the tape back on top or will it not make a difference whether it’s there or not?
You should put tape or replace with any other. It will prevent ink leakage.

I tried this and how messy it is. I filled them with 5 ml for the color one. Softly. And still leak and make a mess
but how do i reset the ink levels?!

What should I do if it doesn’t work?
Help!
Just like me, no choice but to but brand new ink cartridge again for overpriced.
Etch?
why you don't consider remanufactured ink cartridge? It is cheaper than the hp brand, but the quality is the same.
I have bought those in the past. Always read the reviews. I had some that worked, and some that could not be recognized by my printer.
So if you ripped the sticker or wont stick anymore what can i put instead?
Use a normal adhesive tape
It worked for a few pages and now prints blank
I saw different video said to do middle only and it didnt work 😔
I'm kinda curious.. so did it work on your printer?
@@RJRamel no, I tried both methods and neither one worked
