I always make the puto bumbong during Christmas day. Im just fortunate the knowledge that my Mom share with me and having the bamboos and steamer for more than 20years still working up to this time. With the right mixture of sweet rice and regular rice soak it overnight and grinding on the stone but im using blender. So basically from the scratch. Keep up sharing your positive vibes especially for the coming Christmas.🎄🙏
I really wanna introduce and make my children experience eating our Christmas rice cakes but I find it soo intimidating 😫 When you say soak, like submerged in water? Or more on let it overnight after mixing the rice flour with water? Thanks in advance ☺️
