- Hello everybody and welcome back to my channel!
In this video I'm showwing how I'am cooking in a kitchen that's high for me as a wheelchair user. But luckily as you have seen in my last post soon I will have a new kitchen that will be adapted.

Thank you and be blessed! Hey, the tablet you put onto your knees I've got too, to be boughtfrom ikea. There it's cheaper). I saw mine in the rubbish of a householt of pple who wanted to wast it! I asked, was alowed to take it away, I cleaned it with salt and hot water with a stiff brush first, then filed a tiny film away. Then it looked like totally new! I use it like you, but its weight is a lot. So I had the idea to put a towel of microfiber onto a table at one of the edges. Then that tablet I put onto this towel and slid it right about ¹/³. So I can use it although sitting in my chair, e.g. to make pizzadough etc. For other work I use it onto my knees, daily.

Hi there! Thank you for your message! You know how they say where is wheel there's a way! so I'm always trying to do things in a way or another. Oh that tablet I received it from my mother in law..she didn't need it anymore...probably she got it from Ikea. It's really great! But indeed heavy...but heavy enough to lift it up on my lap

Girl, you are so brave to be cutting up chicken with that big knife. I cant used a big knife like you but, I do use medium size kitchen knife it's more safer for me. That works 🙂. Liked the cutting board tasks, was a bit surprised it never slipped around on your lap. Had to laugh at the missing cutting blades for doing the onions. Sooo many times had to hunt for some simple thing because it wasn't where it was supposed to be 🤦♂️. And, what was the name of the dish you cooked? Similar to something I do every now and then. Looked delicious.
Hi there! Sorry to respond so after so many days but didn't feel so good. Yeah right so many times that I put a thing somewhere and when I need it I can't find it because my boyfriend "reorganise" things. Roti it's called the dish...surinam food. How is called yours?
@@SandraHwheelchair No worries, but sorry to know you were feeling bad. Hope you're doing better. Yeah, reorganizing by others is a bit frustrating for me. Ok, roti is it? Every now and then I made Doro Wat, a spicy type of stew with similar ingredients.
Was/is a kind of cold but already slept more than usually, tea some meds and I'm better. Oh I googled your recept and it looks so much alike to roti. probably the condiments are different like the ginger in Doro Wat. I'm gonna try to make it once
@@SandraHwheelchair Main spice is 'berebere'. Super messy too, stains all red so be sure to have plenty of paper towels ready 😁. Have a blessed day...
