Despite 390 adventure manufacturing in India it's cost 4L to 4.5L🤑 on road across country . this is gigantic price for a single cylinder motorcycle😱. Just imagine all 390 series duke, adv, rc comes CBU route in india 🤔
BS VI RDE really has caused the prices of all sorts of vehicles to go up to levels of unimaginable insanity! The ₹4.25 lakh price tag is so shocking that I can not express it in plain words.
Bs 6 changes plus different states roads tax state with highest road tax suffers even more 125 cc bikes itself are now going 1 lakh no 125 cc bike is below 1 lakh including scooter also thanks to highest road taxes in different states and bs 6 implemation cost the vehicles price skyrocket
I love Autocar for their no nonsense approach- no loud music, no beating around the bush or unwanted talk, just the necessary information. The loud music of some auto journalist channels just makes it impossible to watch their vedio reviews, carrying just whistles but lacking in value.
Those who complain about No tubeless spoke wheels must realise that tubeless spoke wheels at the very minimum cost 1.4 lakhs for a pair after import tax and other duties. currently only VMX wheels offers well known reliable aftermarket tubeless spoke wheels (BMW GS, africa twin type cross spoked wheels), DISMOTECH offers a inhouse built one but that's not reliable at all so many issues and complaints about that wheel already so we are stuck with expensive branded ones and an adjustable fork cartridge set cost minimum 60000 from Andreani suspension and over 1 lakh for other brands. so that's 2 lakhs over standard KTM if you buy it aftermarket. If KTM add tubeless spoke wheels it will definitely be of higher quality and will cost the bike over 4 lakh ex showroom and over 5 lakh on road. then same guys who complain about no tubeless wheels will be complaining about the price. Here the price is only Rs 27000 something increase and the spoke wheel and adjustable suspension offered here are good quality and not cheap either they will definitely cost a good amount if you were to buy from spare parts. A decent quality aftermarket tube spoke wheels alone costs 50 to 60K. So this price increase is a decent deal.
Hi Sir, I am considering to buy a 390 Adventure. There are few concerns while I make a decision such as, poor suspension, heating in traffic and stalling in low revs that seems to bother while commuting in traffic and off-roading. Would you kindly share your opinion on these? It will help a fellow rider like me to make the decision😊 Thank you in advance
What's more likely in India? Punctures or broken wheels? I give thumbs down to this variant. I want the adjustable suspension with the cast wheels. Very stupid of KTM to not offer that combination. This variant seems designed for press attention more than anything else.
No one explains why dedicated off road bikes needs tubes, if u bend your rim then u need a new rim if u r tubeless. That is why all hardcore off road models comes with tubes Tenere 700, Africa twin 1100 L, ktm 890 adv rally etc all comes with tubes

Spoke wheel are a boon for a typical rugged terrain , I'm having re himalayan and trust me one can do crazy jumps and the Spokes would absorb all the pressure , I've done lots of crazy jumps in my village near shimla and was truly mesmerized by the shock absorbing capacity of the spoke wheels , I never had any issue with the spoke wheel tyre tube ,on the other hand if one has rim wheels then he/she ought to be vigilant in the rugged terrain .
You guys review or advertise a product, its hard to figure out! 390 Adv has undergone complete overhaul on suspension dept and you had just spoken for 2 mins that too jargons. In our country we can't rely on just like after sales, same way is now auto reviewers. God knows when you will be true to your own profession.
Now these abused bikes by reviewers will go to a buyer who hard-earned it 😢 Ek do reviews kafi hai but ktm wale hazar logo se review karwa k bike ki Amma kar dete hai 🤬
if it's downgraded to spoke tubed wheel-tyre set, then it should cut 50 thousand straight. Why should only bajaj bag all the cost cutting? riders too are voters in this democracy...🤡
Talking from a current ADV390 owner's perspective, having used the bike for more than a year now. The Big misses IMO for the ADV-X is a better rear suspension that's not jolting for your spine, a bigger front suspension with more suspension travel, a better engine that's not rough and vibey post 80kmph (The Dominar400 seemed much rideable at high speeds with less vibrations felt. Both those exhaust fans are nuts & conk off if there's some dust and mud entering into it and/otherwise are known infamously by adv owners to conk off suddenly midway with no reason at all. The engine seems quite clunky and gear shifts aren't smooth at all. The front panels vibrate during high speed winds causing a rattling sound. The charger port is trash tbh and suddenly stops charging your phone. The Headlight ofcourse is the worst i have come across. You're riding bhagvan bharose while riding this one in pitch dark situations. The maps don't even work. Why do they even offer it.😂and charge for it.😅
@@vaunbastikar5415 you might be the odd lucky one out bro. 80-90% of the riders across india that im in groups for have faced these issues. Suspension being hard or the headlight not being Powerful aint a defect but a manufacturing miss for all adv's. The quickshifter working like a clunky piece of stuff or even the maps not working is again a manufacturing flaw for all adv's. Also the engine roughness as well

Better we will be happy with owning a Himalayan 411 rather than paying the lumsum rupees for a ktm adventure.
@@sunnyyadav-yx7ry I wish the Himalayan 411 had better top speed, though. Hopefully the upcoming liquid-cooled Himalayan 450 will better that.

Really Informative sir was looking for this 😍
Ktm should also bring there Powerparts in India
10+ years of biking experience but I’ll never suggest anyone to buy Spoked wheels without tubeless tyres at least in 2023.

Ktm needs to something about the headlight assembly.. not a big fan of it...
Yeah that’s my concern too
I'd wish KTM offers tubeless spoke rims as an accessory. Even if it costs 20k for the pair, I feel it's worth it.
Tube tyres are risky. High speed pe puncture hua to "Khatam, Gaya, Tata Bye Bye"😂😂😂😂
Never seen a biking community get so excited at a bike with spoke wheels LOL.
Glad KTM listened to feedback.
The Standard version with adjustable suspension would be better than the spoked wheels for me .
Cant i just fit the adjustible suspension separately on the X variant or even on the std?
much awaited, one question though - is it the rally version they have been talking about?
390 X looks more premium from outside with it's liquid metal like color wave than the flashy ones of the higher variants.
Once he said no tubeless tyer I just close video

Can u plz do a vlog about riding in standing position in himlayan vs dominer vs ktm 390 x
Is retrofitting the adjustable suspension an option being provided by Ktm?
@vishal Gupta: I believe it is available and possible.

Has quickshifter?
no center stand and tyre change. wow ...no many garages have the equipment to do that let alone u stuck in himalayas
What is the possibility of getting the rear shocks installed on a adv390 ? 😮
should I buy KTM adventure x or wait for Himalayan 450?
Wait for the 450.
Autocar you need to take care of editing mistakes. editor is not doing their job properly and someone is not checking the videos before it is uploaded
Riding a 390 at 100kmph plus with tube tyres gonna be scary ☹️
Metzler tyres are lighter compared to MRF and Apollo
