2 larger carrots

1 larger white potato
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper
2 spoons of vegetable seasoning
1.5lit of water
3 spoons of flour with a little water
1 spoon of sour cream
Juice from half a lemon
