While blended chicken drink may be a bit better than some other processed junk, I’m a believer in chewing things that are meant to be chewed. Chewing foods is part of digestion, you won’t get as much out of your food by bypassing that process and may even be messing with gut health & well-being.
@@jordanbowey4175 There’s more happening in the mouth than the mechanical chewing, there’s mixing with saliva & digestive enzymes that coat the food which aids digestion. You skip an entire step of digestion when you just drink food down. Not to even mention you don’t fully taste the foods either, which I’m inclined to believe is a signal to the body of what’s entering the digestive system, not simply a sensation without deeper purpose.
@@jordanbowey4175 Not that you aren’t getting any benefit from them, but you are basically drinking them down. Many foods cooked properly will have more bioavailable nutrients. You’ll get more out of eggs consumed if they are cooked. Not to mention cooking foods helps prevent illness in case the food is contaminated with something.

I think a blender is doing the same thing as your teeth. I agree we should be chewing food but I don't see a reason it would be less nutrient dense
