Things just die in this area. It's not up and coming or trendy. I think the Lucky Dragon Casino lasted a week? Sahara continues to struggle. So does The Strat. Also, The Life is Beautiful Music Festival is not a plus in my opinion... many Allure residents actually leave that weekend in September due to the late night noise (windows do not insulate it out) and the rowdy crowds. I will say one good thing about Allure, it's next door to The Golden Steer--one of my favorite spots to eat. So there's that...

My only problem with that place is the location of the fridge.. I would remodel it a little. And I would put the cooktop in the center island and move the sink to Well and then I would move the double ovens. Where the fridge is and put it in a larger fridge. I'm guessing you would have to go and get HOA approval before you do any remodeling, right?
That would be a great remodel! A large 30 inch stainless steel refrigerator and freeze would look great in there! Yes, you’d have to get a HOA approval. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone has done a similar remodel already. Let me know if you’d like to take a look at any units 👍
