Maybe it's the northeastern in me asking for too much in a deal.

bruh this story is like 10 years old... How people only finding this out now is bizarre... Chamillionaire been killin it since day 1 and never looked back. I mean, he is constantly out and about in Houson and I been seeing him around for almost 2 decades.. His house is about 1 mile from mine and its just a nice suburban home. Nothing crazy. I mean its probably worth like 2 Million cuz he has a super nice property and the location is perfect(again, the guy knows how to invest), but he lives pretty modestly compared to most people that have $50 Million+ NW... He is just a smart guy and he a pure businessman.
