Road to 90 week 2 (Fun, busy week)

Thank you for watching and I hope that you like this kind of content and throwing that I presented this week. Next week I hope to have more throwing and throwing from the program itself. I will work on next week on getting into the weight room with the camera. The grind and work continues next week and have a little bit over a month left so I am gonna be pushing myself to get better and set myself up for the most sucess as possible.
