I am also such a quality time girl - I spend my recent birthday mostly by myself and a few friends said: "aww that so sad" but I spend the whole day doing my favourite things: leaning a new language, eating sushi, going for a walk with my favourite music/podcast, bought myself flowers and a fashion magazine, journaled and read a book, so I didn't think it was a sad/wasted day at all, quite the opposite!
