hello my dearest friend thanks for the question i get these all items from LEMAX ONLINE and in the Departments Store every year every october and then after december 25 the christmas the Lemax items in the departments store they off to 50 percent’ so i take it advantage to buy some items at least 10 items for next coming year. so my lemax christmas village is growing every year😊 thanks and happy & prosperous 2023 year to all of us

I just bought the truffle chocolate fabric and the North Pole observatory from lemax, after 5 hours both had a mechanical problem! very poor quality! I spent almost 1 thousand euro on lemax items, never again
I WILL NEVER BUY ANY MORE PIECES FROM LEMAX …..they have the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. One piece I had bought last year (only used for approx. a week last season) worked for one evening this year and then just stopped working. They want me to pay to send THIER DEFECTIVE PRODUCT back to them……which basically means that I have to spend $30 above and beyond what the original retail cost was for that item (which I also paid to have shipped last year) just to get a replacement for their defective product that SHOULD have lasted a lifetime of seasonal usage!!!!
