Judi Dench's episode of "Who do You Think You Are?" traces her lineage back to Denmark and Tycho Brahe, who had Rosecrans and Guildenstern heraldic emblems in his family history. One of the best and most fascinating episodes I've ever seen.

I used to be addicted to a documentary "Tom Dowd and the language of music" which claimed that he helped build Les Paul's original 4-track machine and then the 8 and 16 track machine for Ahmet Ertigan at Atlantic Records (maybe Sun)

The Liu family has been making Kim Chi on the Big Island of Hawaii for over 50 years. I have been enjoying it for almost 45 years now. Does that make me a 'hipster? Lol.

Btw, Kohala KimChee does not contain fish products and isn't fermented under ground. It is similar to Japanese Kim Chi. Won Bok Cabbage, spices, etc... delicious.

There was an episode of MASH where Frank assumes locals are burying land mines, as they are burying kimchi pots.
