These corporations are not inept idiots. They know what happens when a company causes damage through negligence. The fact that nothing happened and the same scenario arises again and again points to this being intentional, and under the supervision, protection, and authority of the government, or the ones who are in control of the government. Hint, hint; It obviously ain't we the people who are controlling the government

Capitalists control the government and "we the people" are a pile of serfs as long as we stay unorganized and alienated.

Would be a real shame if those transcripts were leaked out, regardless of court decision.

I was there , I talked with the fire investigators at first I thought it was just a simple mechanical failure, for the first few days I even defended PG&E until I found out about the details , I live close by the power lines I always knew they were old BUT Had no idea almost 100 years ! Then I saw photo's of the broken Hook and the mounts ! it was almost beyond my comprehension they would do that and them saying that the lines were inspected ! Well after seeing how easy it would been to see the wear I had to call BULSHIT on the inspection . The insulator stacks just have a regular everyday C hook , that hooks through a steel mounting plate. When they are new the hook just about fills the entire hole that's around 2 1/2 inches in diameter when worn out you could put a couple of fingers in between the hook and the top of the plate . Someone with 10 minutes of instruction could have done the inspection job it was so obvious

I was there for the Dixie fire also , I followed the first Fire truck into the top of the fire , The story of the start of the Dixie fire is even worse than the start of the Campfire . No one should have even heard about the Dixie Fire if they would have show up in a timely manner to see what the problem was first seen at 7am the first guy didn't get there till 11 am and that was across the river looking at the power lines with binoculars It's a long story but Cal Fire saw it before the PG&E trouble man reported it at almost 5 pm when they were on their way to another fire, Cal Fire immediately had a plane and 2 Helicopters on it dropped on it for couple of hours from far above it looked like the fire was out when a Drone got in the way and they had to call off the air strike. And then the wind came up and caused California's single largest fire in history

Well that's so sad that people lost their homes because of PG&e they should be held accountable and now they're going to be sued for the mosquito fire here in California again I guess they have not learned their lesson shame on them

The real solution is to go to your breaker box and turn off the main switch. Who do you think will pay for this? Rate payers.

These corporations should be forced into Government ownership when they refuse to maintain their equipment. Then that is that and they loose the right to provide that resources.
    FIX IT, OR LOOSE IT

Blame those Attorneys and that court for those peoples burning deaths. Whenever investigating what the problem is, first consider that the entire town was illegally developed, and none of those people are supposed to be there. 🔥

PG&E should be dismantled and turned into a nonprofit government energy provider. PG&E has shown us repeatedly that they cannot handle this service.

I still don't know whose fault it was. I heard the state limits how many trees can be cleared around power lines because of some green policy. One thing for sure- if you want to live in one of those forest towns you have to be rich because your home insurance is going to be thousands of dollars a year.

The government is to blame for making a bike lane, cutting the roadway down to one lane each way.

That was a town decision to make the bollards. There are many other issues that continue to this day that will make necessary a substantial redesign of the infrastructure. Now they are working to widen Clark Road to 2 lanes.

he cant wrap his head around the reality that the government just doesn't care to fix the crippling infrastructure. it isn't even an orchestrated conspiracy, just corporations being too big to be held liable. Its more profitable to cut corners. greed at the end of the day. But you know there's got to be the big bad guy behind all of our misery so theres an actual enemy to "fight".

@paulmitchell5349: In order for you to know that lasers couldn't be responsible for the Camp Fire, you yourself would have to have a working understanding of the principles and limitations of a laser needed to do this. First of all, a weapon of the size and re-fire capacity to do this doesn't exist. Second of all, why waste it on a small town in America when you could use it in another enemy country? Third, why announce to you enemies that you have such a capacity to destroy ICBM's in lift stage? But I'm shouting at the clouds here as you have already made up your mind and no amount of facts can ever dissuade a conspiracy theory...
