The micro transactions are only there if you want to support the game even more, quote from ben (devoloper) "everything in the game is accessable without having to buy any form of micro transactions" you will get these items by earning rep, and completing daily challenges. How much gameplay to get the raptor unlocked? Im not to sure because i pre orderd the deluxe edition so i got it for free, but it doesnt take long to unlock cars so im guessing about maybe a day. Going back, unlocking everything is easy, in the 10 hour trial from ea access i played i had everything unlocked except tires and defusers but i wasnt focused on unlocking that at the time, so about a day to unlock all the customization. Hope i answerd all your questions
