DAY IN THE LIFE OF A 10 MONTH OLD BABY | FULL DAY ROUTINE WITH AN INFANT

- Well, we're still in a pandemic which means there's not much to do as a mom with a 10-month old, but in this video, I do my best to share our current morning and night time routine and what we do throughout the day to keep ourselves busy.
Finn is still napping twice a day (thank goodness because that's the only break this mama gets) and he's eating 3 meals a day. We're experimenting with some baby led weaning now. It took me a while to get comfortable with it but we're working through it. Finn hasn't tried a food he hasn't liked yet so we're having fun with different meals and snacks.
But boy oh boy, are 10 months old busy!? Finn is on the move with crawling and standing and it is EXHAUSTING following him around all day.
PS- In the video, I mention that I'm "trying" to have only 1 coffee a day...I then proceed to order a 2nd coffee from Starbucks in the same day hahaha. Please note the keyword here is "trying". I've been pretty good but some days just call for a double!

Your experience it very normal with all you describe.Eating is messy so don't fuss about it too much as you want him to enjoy eating.

This is super realistic. I'm very bad about waking up before baby because I'm so exhausted so I wake up at the same time. I don't, what I call "become a human", until his first nap lol
Also we have those same blocks. They're awesome but I hate cleaning them. All his other chew and plush toys I throw in the washing mashing on triple rinse.

Mom to a ten month old and pregnant with my second, my son has been walking for over a month at this point, he will not go on any type of schedule, he eats solids (he refused purées and wasn’t interested in food until 8 months)finally but not really enough to keep him satisfied since he is so active so he still has lots of bottles a day, and he is not a good sleeper. I feel like my life is in shambles right now. Your day seems so peaceful compared to mine 😂 most days I am hardly functioning. Thank you for a realistic video though, it’s easy to watch some videos and feel like a bad mom when you’re not creative and doing all the activities or making cute food for your babies.

@@narimenbayou5869 I didn’t handle it well at first. I got pregnant when my son turned 6 months so they will be maybe 16 months apart. I expected a lot of judgement for that so I didn’t tell anyone for a long time but I really didn’t get much thankfully. Some days I still struggle with having another because it feels like our lives are so chaotic but I try to take it one day at a time and try not to think of all the sleep I’m not getting 😂 children are a blessing

Do you still give milk every time after he wakes up from his nap? I wonder when I need to stop and just give milk before his naps 😢 sometimes im not sure when i give milks or his food.

He is adorable. Can i ask you, did you baby imitate at 10 month? I have a 10 month old baby girl but she doesnt imitate at all. She says mama, dada, and the other things seems fine, but she doesnt imitate simple things i teach her. For example she doesnt handle me toys. She just pick them from me.
Mine is the same, she say random talk ,but not mama or dada,she don't hand me toys, she take them from me, she's 10months and walking,she meant all her milestones.whenever I call her by her name sometimes she don't look,that something I'm concerned about,,and help
It’s not right to compare your child with others kids. Every kid has his own pace of development.
He only needs 1.5 hours for naps 🥰 I know this was 2 years ago but 2 hours is oversleeping
