Nickybnatural yes you hadn't detangled but it does rip out unnecessary hair as well. Do you check to see if the hairs are actually shed with a small bulb on one end?

the 80D’s screen pops out - use it. Don’t film yourself in the mirror looking at the screen the whole time. Look into your camera with it facing you!

micaella tk nope I usually leave it one protective style but I needed to trim my hair and my hair hasn’t been moisturised in a while so I just tried to get it as moisturised as possible and thank you😊

I literally winced watching the clip with the Tangle Teezer though, as the tugging looked painful and the sound was awful. Have you tried the Tangle Teezer Wet Detangler? I have hair that is similar to yours and it's been a game changer for me. It looks like you're currently using the Tangle Teezer Ultimate but that is NOT a wet hair detangling brush - it is a dry hair styling brush.

Don’t know if you know it not but you are using the wrong tangle teezer, that specific one isn’t meant for detangling wet hair it is meant for dry hair/styling. Love your hair btw!

Where did you get your spray bottle from? The ones I buy from the hair shop always stop working
Don't bother getting that 360 spritzer....i had to return 3 bottles to Sally's beauty 3 times. They stopped spraying on the 1st day. Unless you plan on *only* putting water in the bottle..
I use a garden/plant spray bottle from Wilko (in UK). Holds more and I'm able to put a water, conditioner oil mix in it and it sprays fine.
I've never mixed water with oils to use on my scalp, I've always done just oil. is it more effective for hair moisture/growth to hydrate the scalp with water first?
c k I think she mixed the water with oil for a refresher spray because peppermint oil is too harsh to just slather on your scalp. She probably just wanted that refreshing feeling peppermint gives. I don't think this has anything to do with oiling your scalp.
c k Think of it like this: do you put body oil or butter on your body when it’s dry? No, you typically put it on after you bathe because it seals in the moisture from your shower or bath.
Hydration can only come from water and the scalp is skin. It needs to be hydrated. Though oil has many nourishing properties on its own, it acts also to seal in the moisture she’s applying to her scalp via the water.
Peppermint is calming and stimulating. It also soothes dry scalps. I’m assuming that’s why she ads it to the water.

Pat Fleming Tangle teasers don't work for everybody. I have 4c and IT IS NOT the move in any way shape or form. 😭
I use a tangle teaser and it works way better than the Denman for me. Denman rips my hair out. It just depends on your hair I guess.

Your hair probably needs more moisturizing mid week to minimize the shedding. I know I have giant balls come out when I don’t moisturize as the week goes
My hair was shedding like crazy until I did a henna treatment, it worked like magic!
Make sure your eating enough. Last year when I was trying to lose weight I didn’t realize I was only eating about 800 calories a day while running track and my hair started falling out

She recently did a length check video and has practically retained no new length, and I suspect it might be to over manipulating her hair.
