this was drumline junior year

better late than never...
anyways, this was my drumline season my junior year. to be honest i wanted to quit during the beginning of the season and just felt so tired of everything, due to certain factors draining the life out of the activity. but as the season progressed i wanted to quit less and enjoyed rehearsals when they didn't feel like a chore and when it didn't feel like a 9-5. in all honesty though it wasn't the best season regarding competitiveness and things not just feeling like "work", but i felt that i grew a lot as a leader and a musician this season. i'm probably going to have my "i want to quit" era again in the beginning of my senior season, especially since the beginning of the season is going to be when i've just wrapped up UC apps and when i'm going to have a month left for the common app. but i know i won't because i'll regret it if i do, making things better and more tolerable will come from creating my own reality and communicating, and so will being happy with the results of the season. anyways, thanks for reading my essay since i'm trying to be in my hoax instagram essay instagram caption era, lol.
