In an ideal world, Yaz got her own version of the doctor like Rose did. And they lived together happily.
What started as a normal friendship, became something more than either expected or maybe become something that Yaz wanted and maybe what The Doctor needed. While it was shown how much Yaz cared for The Doctor we all know that The Doctor cared for Yaz were in the last 4 episodes of season 13. 1: In Flux: Chapter 6 when they hugged and after they had a moment before being ruined by Dan. 2: In Eve when Dan got them each to admit their feelings and we saw in The Doctors reaction that she is in love with Yaz. 3: in The Sea Devils after their small moment under the water and then talking to Yaz about dating and talking to her at the end, it showed that The Doctor wants more than anything to be with Yaz but she can't because she's afraid that if she does, she'll lose her just like how The Doctor lose Rose, Amelia and Clara and also Bill (even though she wasn't a romance with The Doctor but still cared about) which is why she didn't go for it. 4. Lastly the last episode, when her regeneration began The Doctor knew she had regretted not telling Yaz how she felt when they had the chance but even when they were talking on the top of The TARDIS look at earth, maybe it was good she didn't tell Yaz how she felt about her because it would make it sound as if Yaz is hearing the women she loves saying goodbye like they'll never see each other again, so by saying "I've loved being with you Yaz and I loved being me" is another way of saying to her "I love you" but not as a goodbye and by not saying goodbye, they both kinda promised each other, that they'll see each other again. Then Yaz smiling at the end when talking to Tegan and Ace and the other companions of The Doctor, kinda shows that she does believe that she'll see her again, not The Doctor with another face but The Doctor she falled in love with. I truly hope that maybe in a few years either in a special or maybe 1 or 2 more seasons, Mandip and Jodie come back and have a proper ending to their story.

They were such a brilliant scifi romance, the joy, the love, the heartbreak, it gets me in the feels every time and thats how you know something is great. And this is such an amazing edit encapsulating everything they are, in a world of time and space traveling, of deadly monsters, alien planets, fantastical historical figures and a bunch of whimsy at every turn, their feelings, how they evolved and how they deal with them was so grounded and real. Their relationship throughout the seasons was the underlying heartbeat of the show for me. Thanks for putting it together.

Oh Heaven and Saints above, how did I not see this for the 5 months it has been up? Perhaps the universe knew I would not be able to handle watching it sooner. Still I cried, ugly cried at that.

I Can NOT imagine how much effort this must have taken. Bravo! The dialog and story line are so spot on. Oh I have not seen anything that illustrates their story nearly as well.
May The Doctor not make Yaz wait 2-3 decades till they meet again like Ace and Tegan. That would have been a great line for Yaz to have said to The Doctor up on top of the Tardis.

I stopped watching ages ago, the seasons went down hill after Matt Smith....it got worse and worse.
