Why wouldn't the video be possible without the subscribers? Just curious. Around SE London so many misleading signs parking and roads are closed at certain times again some signage can be misleading so consequently Loto motorist get fined and not realise it until it arrives on their doormat!
Hello Nicholas 👋 Thanks for your valuable contributions. Without subscribers, I may lose the motivation to make videos. More subs means I put up in more time to make videos. Do you think some council try to mislead motorists to make money?
Hello 👋 Thanks for the positive feedback. If you hold a permit to park "IN THAT AREA" then it's no problem but you can not use a residential permit from another area
Resident permit is a good topic and appreciate you taking it up. You are correct in that its a money grab. Another subtle (or not) way to tax the hapless drivers..
Hi mate, I’ve just read the controlled parking zone section in ‘know your traffic signs and it says “the zone is likely to include parking places and loading bays, some parking places may be for permit holders only, others for general use”, I thought only permit holders were allowed to park in controlled parking zones but it seems like it depends on what the sign says next to the bays.

It means that from Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm only permit holders can park there but outside of those days and times anybody can park there.

@@dtc_uk without a shadow of doubt they are. Sad really
